Nevern

A Tundra and Polar Climate, north of Qereni, Nevern does not have many habitable zones on its surface, most surface settlements being cities bordering Qereni. However, underneath Neverni's surface is a massive amount of large sprawling lush caves with thriving ecosystems. These caves are made possible by a very special plant that grows on the surface, that's roots contain a protein that makes them emit light. Because of this, many of the largest cities in Neverni are underground.

Neverni is the technical center of the world, the home of the Neverni Institute of Science and Innovation (NISI) and the Northern Nations Coalition (NNC). Neverni oversees almost every operation in the world, helping facilitate trade. Neverni helped spread the avability of solar technology, as well as increased the flow of available of medicines with the help of NISI. Because of this, people with chronic conditions are able to live fuller lives.

Neverni is very dystopian for the lower class, many people who cannot make ends meet finding life very difficult in sub-terrianian cities. Actions are being taken to reduce the homeless population in sub-terrainian cities. Although there are costs to living underground without natural sunlight, the Nevernic peoples have adapted to withstand the constant dark, and a very round diet containing a lot of vitamin D is popular.
