The population consists of around 20 million people, consisting of various ethnicities.
The population is separated by wealth, although there are no rigid or official casts.
The Sovereign (gold coin)
The decrees of the Sovereigns are the supreme law of the land and can only be overturned by subsequent rules.
The rest of the laws are passed by the Imperial Senate, some of the most important being the Rules of Governance, Taxation acts or the Organization of Regions & Provinces.
Basic education (reading, writing and arithmetic) is obligatory for all. Higher education is provided to those who can afford it or show aptitude for certain skills or vocations.

The Empire was founded by the Pheagon, with the formation of the (future) Capital as a refuge for those hunted and oppressed in other lands of Salaraan.
