Inspera

The land is rich with architecture and nature, many of the buildings covered in vegetation and each stylized differently than the next. The societies and species of each of these areas are very diverse, with some embracing various cultures and others avoiding them at all costs.

Overall, Inspera is a very, very unique place. With the separation from the surface world and great concentration of magical energy in one place, most creatures live well beyond their natural lives, with some, including the Holly King, living eternally. Some consider it the a blessing from the Gods.

With the great concentration of magic comes interesting results, affecting each individual differently from the next. Some find themselves with glowing veins of magic, while others sprout interesting additions to their bodies, such as horns, wings, or even an extra set of arms. Some develop interesting skin colors and patterns, and others change shape entirely in a sort of metamorphosis phase. While this doesn't affect all creatures, it seems some are more susceptible. In Inspera, these are considered gifts of the Gods and treasured by those who undergo changes.
