Rhiannon is a red haired young foundling seer kept in Titania's service. She is a young woman with a gift for prophecy, a great power, who channels that power through her visions and her dreams. She has the gift of prophecy, but she also has the curse: as a mortal, she will eventually die and she knows that Summer won't last forever. She has visions that can help the Summer Court and she is expected to tell Titania what she sees. She is a woman who has seen the future and she knows that the future is bleak.
