Grew up a small but nice town, was a student in the town’s school system until high school. For college he went far away. Didn’t have too many close friends, mostly acquaintances. Parents sucked. Well, mostly his dad but his mom never did anything to help Ben. Knew he wanted to be a psychologist sometime in high school. Had quite the rebellious phase for a year or two, but there was no eyeliner involved and it was very justified.
