She believes that magic is not something that can be explained by science, and is rather a sort of "higher power" itself, with its own morality system separate from its user, and that the mage is at the service of the magic rather than the other way around.

Could be best described as an anarcho-communist, even an anarcho-primitivist, though she doesn't subscribe to human political constructs.
