Sam is currently in college with fighting as a major and a minor of fine arts

Sam was born in the country-side about an hour from the city. When Sam was 14 his parents were mauled by an animal thought to be extinct called a Skugga. After that day Sam decided he needed to avenge his parents and chose to take fighting classes so he could one day help with the newly formed efforts to rid these Skugga from the world. Sam got into college on a full scholarship due to being orphaned and such a good student.
