Religious overtones? Her and Zuri’s parents are very catholic, so some of that has probably wiped off on her (but only in the worst ways possible)
Shitpost idea but: it’s New Years or something and Zuri and Yan live a considerable distance away from Ney (think ~30 minute drive) and Ney does a shitload of coke and sprints to their house, arriving at like ~11:30. Zuri and Yan and just all ‘what the f are you doing here. how did you get here’ because there’s no car or bike in sight. It’s too late to kick her out though and so Ney gets to spend New Years with her family <3 (kind of). A restraining order is likely placed on her after this event.
