Spite was her only motivator for a long time. Her parents told her one thing, so she did the exact opposite, trying to succeed in everything they didn't want her to succeed in. Now she's more self-focused, thirsting after new knowledge and research opportunities. Ambitious.

Awkward, spaces out a lot, doesn't explain herself well, thinks she's the smartest in the room (which she usually is), stifles self doubt with overconfidence, relies too heavily on her book knowledge, can be pretentious.

She has the same prejudice as Daso; religious people set her on edge. She also has an aversion against traditionalism (due to her parents traditional views about women) and people who stand by it.

Dara loves reading more than anything. She reads anything and everything she can get her hands on. She loves learning, exploring concepts, researching, hanging out with friends, and teasing Daso.

INTJ-T: The Architect
Dara and her brother are similar in that they hide behind a smile and a joke more readily than opening up. But where Daso is flirty and outgoing, Dara retreats within herself and her lab. She's firmly an introvert who prefers working in her lab to mostly anything else. This aspect of her personality makes her vunerable when she's out and about. She has social anxiety, making her social skills even worse. She laughs at inappropriate times and has trouble conveying emotions. However, when she's around friends, she's witty, bursting with random facts, full of strange but brillaint ideas, and spontaneous.

She's very outspoken about equal rights and fairness, making her more liberal than conservative.

Verrrry loosely Catholic, borderline agnostic. She was raised Catholic but abused, so she is cynical of her religion and for the most part ignores it. However, she attends mass with her brother on occasion.

Very high education. She was always smart for her age, and so she got put into accelerated courses early on. She has the equivalent of several PhDs in fields of science, english, technology, and mathematics.

Dara was practically born with her middle finger firmly up. From an early age, her parents always told her she wouldn't be all that much. After all, she was a girl, a twin, fighting the dragons was useless, and her place was in the home. She was verbally and emotionally abused for a long time. She hid behind her studies and her laughs, grinding every day out of intense spite. She taught herself out of old books from the library elementary mathematics and science. She became a qualified Researcher at fifteen, and has been rising ever since. She's on slightly better terms with her parents, but the less she has to do with them, the better.
