Nikolaevich
Kosmarov
Human (white, specifically Russian)
Tall and lanky, dangerously skinny when first introduced but puts on weight once he's no longer being held captive. Once his body fills out, he has a lean, wiry build in contrast to Elizaveta Lenya's more muscular build.
Underweight, but fills out to be of average weight with a little pudge.
Pallid, though it eventually grows to be of a hue that's pale but not borderline translucent.
6'1"
Golden-brown
Brown
Initially long and limp, tied back with twine. Upon being freed, he cuts the dead hair off and has a more manageable shoulder-grazing cut.

- Lev has iron deficiency-type anemia.
- Lev was artificially given a condition similar to hemophilia as a sort of failsafe/dead man's switch by the government: heavy use of his psionic abilities already caused a nosebleed and perhaps more bleeding if he's really straining himself, but by making it much harder for his blood to clot, sustained intense use of his power, especially spur-of-the-moment without time to prepare himself, could cause him to bleed out. They hope this will deter him from trying to escape and from unleashing his true power.
- Lev is moderately agoraphobic after spending the first three decades of his life locked up in bunkers and cells. Being thrown out into the city is horrific for him, and he struggles with panic attacks even after finding shelter.
- Being locked up for so long has decimated Lev's immune system, and he gets sick much more easily than others do. Once he finds someone willing to help him, he gets the vaccines he had missed, which keeps him from some of the nastier illnesses and helps strengthen his body.
- Lev has Klinefelter syndrome, although some of the traits of it do not become evident until later--for example, many of the body type traits don't appear due to how malnourished he's been for most of his life. He has the narrow shoulders, lanky build, flat feet, and infertility associated with it. Due to his 'upbringing', it's hard to tell what personality traits and cognitive issues are due to KS and what is due to the fact that he spent the first thirty years of his life locked up in government facilities
Soft-spoken, with a somewhat strong Russian accent. Although he knows English and can speak it somewhat well, his accent never goes away.
