Tommy is on the shorter side and has a soft, pudgy build. His hair is often a bit unkempt, especially if he's been using his wind powers, and cowlicky even when he tries to flatten it down. He has a light complexion dotted over with freckles, especially across the bridge of his nose. Bright blue eyes usually alight with laughter. He gains a crooked scar on his forehead when he's struck in the face by a bit of metal dislodged by his own windstorm, but hey--he's not on the team for his brains.

Tommy is able to create and control wind, and can also create imp-like creatures using ashes, soot, and dust. He can puppet these beings if necessary, but they have minds of their own and generally have anywhere from a one to twenty-four hour lifespan before they crumble back to dust. He calls them his Mites.
