Jas tipped his head in slight concern "I guess it can be interesting. definitely soemthing very different to the normal." He laughed softly, deciding to go along with the rambling and nodding in agrement. "Excitement all the time is well, exciting. But you don't like the days where you can relax and let your mind wander, not needing to worry about whats next or what happened before? Just living in the moment?" He asked, glancing up at the sky with a whistful smile. He glanced over at dustin, his smile faltering for a moment as a pang of guilt hit him. "I'm sorry. if I contributed to that regret. I…theres no excuse really, but I am sorry, Dustin." He looked away for a moment in shame, his hand loosening just a bit before Dustin squeezed back. He wasn't sure what was silently going on between them now, whether this was a test to see who would let go first or if this was really about reassuring each other, no matter how much they tried to deny they desperately needed that reassurancein the first place. But Jas had to admit it was nice, having someone he cared for this deeply, or at least the potential to love this deeply, and seemingly having someone care about him in the same way. It was noce not feeling like he needed to let go for once.
He looked up, his smile returning when Dustin began to adorably stutter. "oh? doing some research on your crush is more than a pass time, eh? Are your crushes usually a facination of yours?" he asked sweetly, toying with Dustin's hand and pressing a kiss to his fingertips. "Or am I really just that irresistable?" he teased, blushing slightly when he saw jsut how happy Dustin was.

(In terms of the other rp, the two did just meet, I did have an idea on how to start up the romance between them, just might take a few more responses. Was also thinking if throwing in ye old classic reconnect at a ball trope, but neither know who each other is? Ambrose could let slip some critiques about the author and maybe they have a slight misunderstanding.)
