He quietly accepted, pulling his shirt sleeve down his arms. His demeanor was off, uncharacteristically cold now, but he accepted her offer.

(Ahh I don’t know what to do!!! Send halp!!)
(Skip to visiting Sabine in the hospital maybe??? Idk?)
Yes plis! )
(greatr idea!)
(Who wants to start?)
Could you?)
(I could.)
Beep. Beep. Beep. Sabine opened her eyes. She was in a hospital room. "H-how did I get here?" She wondered aloud, her voice weak and quiet.
Cruz was in The waiting room with Fae and Macha, bouncing his knee anxiously.
Fae and Macha rushed in, bearing a get well soon card and carrying the cake she’d baked last night as well as a small pendant from the clay shop.
Sabine's family had stayed with her for most of the night, but her siblings had to go to school and her parents were both pulled away by emergencies. But they had left some gifts and a card by her bed.
Cruz followed loosely behind Fae. He approached with unsureness, anxiety. So he stayed dead sil3nt to mask it.
Five minutes later, they all filed silently into Sabune’s room.
(Wait, is this Easter Monday now?)
(I have no idea.)
Sabine looked up at the three teens who had filed into her hospital room. She gave them a weak smile. "Hey." She said softly.
(@Lik-Owl?)
“How are you feeling?”, Fae asked softly, setting the card down as her eyes brimmed with silent concern.
"Uh, sore." Sabine said with a small chuckle. "You might not believe it, but I've been through worse. I'm just sorry that Dagger got away. I really wanted to keep you two out of this. I'm sorry."
“Sorry?!”, Fae said incredulously. “Why on Earth are you sorry? You got stabbed in the side for Gods sake!” She set the cake down in the bed.
Sabine smiled. "Yeah, I got that. I didn't see the knife until he stabbed it into my side. But, I heal faster than most, which is why I'm still alive."
Fae smiled wryly. “That’s good, I suppose. Hungry?”, she asked, indicating to the cake.
(You can choose what kind it is$)
Sabine smiled brightly at the vanilla cake with light white frosting and strawberries decorating it, sitting on the bed. "Oh yes please!"
Macha smiled, cutting it into equal pieces.
Cruz sort of hovered by the doorway. He felt extremely out of place, mentally distant.
Fae waved him over, offering him some cake.
"Hey Cruz, come in." Sabine told him.
He stiffly approached, forcing a smile. But his eyes kept down and glassy.
Fae tilted her head, concerned. “Hey, Cruz. What’s wrong?”, she murmured to him, pulling him aside gently.
He shook his head, feeling the blood drain from his face in vulnerability. He just kept shaking his head. He couldn't understand why this was so hard, but he found it impossible to try and shape his thoughts into coherent words. "Later, later…" he insisted.
Fae gave him a light hug. “Only when you feel comfortable.” Her voice overflowed with worry for her—well, more than a friend.
He returned the faint hug, exhaling a labored breath.
