"I would, but they seem to be scared of me," Luna replied with a slight frown as she looked at them. She eventually let it up and shrugged, "No idea why. If they want to talk to me about something I'd be more than happy to hear them out."

Bastien glanced over at the others before looking back at Min. “Abort mission!” he hissed. “Emery is on Luna and Tori’s side. We should go look for Archer or Shawn. At least one of them will have to join the party!”

"Sounds like a plan. We can split up and meet back in the kitchen once we find either of them or fail to find them in say… an hour? Yeah, an hour sounds good." she smiled, running off to look for either Shawn or Archer.

Bastien nodded after her with a grin, turning to give Luna, Tori, and Emery a friendly wave before going below decks. In all honesty, while everyone on the ship could be intimidating at times, Luna always intimidated Bastien. It was probably just because she was the captain, though. What other reason would there be? He went to look for either Archer or Shawn.

Emery started. “What? What did you say?” Then they noticed Min and Bastien going below decks. “They’re probably going to do something fun, stupid, or both, if we’re being honest.”

"Most likely, do you want to go down and ask them what they're planning?" Luna asked Emery before looking back to where Min and Bastien had been. She shook her head a little, "And they're gone. I suppose I should go after them before they end up hurting themselves."

(Luna: Let me see what you have! : Min and Bastien: A knife! : Luna: NO!)

Min wandered down under the decks until she found Shaw, and decided to sit down next to him. "Hey there. Bastien and I have a plan for some fun, you in?"

(lmao yes)

Meanwhile Bastien got sidetracked in the kitchen while looking for Archer. He couldn’t help but notice how delicious the apples looked, so he grabbed one and took a big, juicy bite out of it. It couldn’t hurt to have a little snack while looking for Archer.

Cassius strutted among his grand, marble-framed mansion with haste; his waterfalls of jewels dripping down his neck, shirt glimmering in the moonlight, and his hill of furs stacked on top of himself was a mound of opulence and wealth. Success was favorable to him and Cass relished in that fact with his resting smug smile. His glass heels clicked quicker down the hallway until a sudden turn to the gilded stairways that flowed down into the lobby below. There held four strangers on the floor of the velvet and gold cavern. “Hello fools, lovely seeing you all this evening. Now who exactly are you potato-sack-appearing cockroaches and what brought you here?” his smooth, articulate voice chirped to the beings below.

Usual Outfit: A loose-fitting, linen shirt with various, dubious stains; a pair of standard cotton pants with copious amounts of holes; and worn leather bracers, boots, and a belt with a buckle of brass. He isn't fond of his current fashion and dreams of getting a tailored doublet, but it’ll do for now.
Preferred Weapons: A pair of flintlock pistols, a dagger tied to his sides, and two very small pouches of powdered green and purple crystals in undisclosed locations.
Preferred Crystal: Purple and, for medical reasons, green
Personality: Faust is best described as an intelligent but tired smiling cynical bastard that uses comedy to disguise his discontent and insecurities from others. Flippant and skeptical he is with beings he views as authority and/or powerful, but, even though he may first come off as careless, he reveals himself to be deeply caring and compassionate towards others.
Background: He hasn't elaborated much of what happened before he joined the crew. Somewhat told them this narrative; he was a combat medic that worked for seven years, and right before coming aboard he had a near death experience. Other than that, nothing else is really commented on.
Other?: Anything about being near the Jade kingdom will freak him the fuck out. His scent is a bit foul. Faust is a newer crew member so he isn’t totally used to everyone quite yet. He also has a love for knowledge and philosophy; he could talk about it for hours.

Faust emerged into the upper deck like an imp from hell while being slapped by the bright sun. His eyes winced and commented, "Wow, thank you sun, exquisite." Squinting at the other crew members, he asked with a cheery grin, "Who is ready to get their valuables stolen?"

“Ah, Faust, we still got a day to go,” Emery chuckled. They kept their eyes ahead of them as they spoke. “I don’t know Captain, do you want to take over the helm while I go check on Min and Bastien? Or would you be willing to go down there yourself?”

"I'll take the helm," Luna responded going to take the helm from Emery so that they can go down and check on the two trouble makers. She glanced to Fraust with a slight quirk of a smile. "Or perhaps Faust would like to go check on them."

Bastien finished off his apple and went to look for someone he could persuade to join in his party. It would be so much more interesting with other people.
