Mistpaw stayed silent until Swiftstar and Silverpaw were gone. "Well? What are we waiting for?" She asked, "Let's go!"

Owlheart tilted her head at the two apprentices. Their behavior seemed odd, but she decided to leave it alone for now. It probably wasn't her business anyway.

Stormpaw shook his tabby pelt out, pushing away all the thoughts about Vixenpaw with a sigh. He watched his sister walking ahead of him. With a sniff and with a massive leap– “Race you to the training hollow, Mistpaw!” the dark brown tabby mewed as he took off and ahead of his littermate.

As Stormpaw ran down the path towards the training hollow, he listened to the thumping of his paws on the ground as he ran. The sound was rather calming to him as he ran.
If Mistpaw or Owlheart were chasing or calling after him, Stormpaw couldn’t hear them. Their pawsteps, their words, nothing. He just focused on his pawsteps and his breathing, looking down at the path he had walked- er ran a pawful of times before.

I AM SO SORRY THIS TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO WRITE AND GET TO YOU GUYS????? TT^TT //
Writers’ Block and School kick ass— ANYWAYS- have this short replyyyy //
I would’ve done so much more but my brain isn’t working and wouldn’t let me focus on this more than this //
You guys must be so tired of my apologies ahhhhhhh :’)) <33 //

@PastelTart

(Nah, you're all good Spring! <33)

Mistpaw started forward, then paused. Did she really want to pretend that everything was fine? That she was fine? She was already worrying about Flamepaw, and now Stormpaw was lying to her about whatever happened with Vixenpaw. And on top of that there were those two ShadowClan apprentices she'd met at the Gathering… Mistpaw shook herself from her thoughts of gorgeous ShadowClan cats, and followed after her brother.

(Not me having Mistpaw moon over her new love interests…)

…from her thoughts of gorgeous ShadowClan cats,

I love this line man hehe //

As Stormpaw ran, creating more and more distance between himself, Mistpaw and Owlheart. He was still looking down at the path, so focused on running and his breathing, that he didn't notice the rock that was seemingly placed in the middle of the path.
Only a few seconds later, the brown tabby flew forward with a yelp, tripping over the rock and falling flat on his face.

Stormpaw sat up quickly, rubbing his aching nose, and looking around in embarrassment. He hoped that his littermate or Owlheart didn’t see what had just occurred.
“Who put that rock there,” Stormpaw grumbled, looking over his shoulder to look at the rock that was still there in the middle of the path.
Getting to his paws and shaking his pelt out, grumbling underneath his breath about how stupid that was, he was greeted with the sound of laughter.

Looking towards the source of the laughing, he saw a new cat… a StarClan cat.

They were floating a few inches above the ground, making Stormpaw have to look up.
Their fur glowed with a strange light that made it look like their fur was twinkling with white stars, which was a shocking contrast to their black fur; which was short and wiry.
They were translucent, and Stormpaw was able to see the moving heather through their body as a careful breeze picked up. Like the other StarClan cats he had seen… through—
The new StarClan cat's paws sparkled with frost– no, stars! More glittering stars danced at their paws, and at their ears and half bent up tail. And their eyes glowed a warm and friendly yellow color, and a laughing smile graced their face.

But something was different about this StarClan cat. They seemed so… youthful. A bit older than him, sure. But still they looked young.
And there were many more stars in their fur.
Snowbreeze didn’t have this many stars. Well now that Stormpaw thought about it, Snowbreeze didn’t really have any stars dancing in his fur like this new cat did. Maybe it had something to do with how long ago they died?

Whatever it may be, Stormpaw stepped back, looking up with wide blue eyes. “Who are you?!”

(Good, cause I plan on bringing it up again)

“Who put that rock there,”

(Haha, silly boi)

Mistpaw stopped when she saw Stormpaw staring at what seemed to be nothing. She tilted her head, watching him for a moment. Was he talking to another StarClan cat? They seemed to be showing up a lot lately. She shrugged it off, opting to sit to the side either until Stormpaw finished whatever he was doing, or until Owlheart caught up to them.

Making a rp reply for @Mosis_Is_Lost because I don't want them to feel left out!! Flameboi sibs moments hehehhee >:D //

"Is he still sleeping? Lazy dormouse." Moonpaw purred, her tail twitching as she watched the Apprentices' Den with her pale blue eyes.
Quailpaw ate a wood pigeon, plucking the gray feathers off of the bird, before taking a bite. The ginger-and-black twitched his ears, before swallowing.

"Well, he was really tired yesterday. Rainfrost seems like a mean mentor. And I don't think it's any better now that Scorchfeather's been tasked with being his temporary mentor, and training him alongside Cloudypaw."
Moonpaw hummed, nodding, "Yeah, okay.. Shrewfrost is strict but he's never yelled at me during training before."
"Fawnstar hasn't raised his voice at me once, I don't think." Quailpaw took another bite, chewing quickly. "He actually takes time to tell me what I've done wrong and helps me correct it. He's a great mentor."
"He sounds great," Moonpaw nodded.

After a few minutes, Moonpaw grabbed a small mouse off of the pile and ate it quickly. Quailpaw was only halfway done with his pigeon when his sister had finished with her mouse.
"He's still not out yet!" Moonpaw huffed, glaring at the den as if her stare would wake their brother from his rest.

"Go wake him up then and stop complaining." Quailpaw looked over at Moonpaw.
The round black she-cat seemed to be considering what he said.
"Fine, I will!" she meowed, getting to her gray paws and walking over towards the apprentices den. She padded swiftly into the den, before disappearing entirely.

Quailpaw ate quietly, finishing her pigeon after eating it for a long time. A pile of pigeon bones at his paws. He buried them before getting to his paws and following his sister's scent back into the Apprentice's Den. When he entered he saw Moonpaw standing next to Flamepaw and poking at his flank repeatedly.

"Get up, get up, get up, get up, get up—"
"OK! Moonpaw, quit bothering him!" the ginger-and-black tom padded over. "I'm sure he's up by now."
Flamepaw lifted his black-and-white patchy head, yawning.
"Yeah. Now he is." Moonpaw sat down, licking her paws and running them over her round ears. "I wanna hang out with you guys before Shrewfrost pulls me away to train. We're focusing on battle training right now, and nothing against him- but Flowerpaw's a terrible battle partner. I don't know why I'm constantly paired with him."
Quailpaw blinked. "He's younger than you?"
"Yeah, but he's bigger than me! I figured he'd be able to tumble me over or- something! 'Know how to use his weight in battle."

I do not remember Moonpaw or Quailpaw's personalities so we're just going with the flow 😎😎 //
Flamepaw sibs moment :D //
I love the sillies //

@JustALostM book

Flamepaw flicked his tail. "Ok ok I'm up!" He grumbled. Flamepaw didn't have much sleep the night before, his mind was still on what happened at the gathering. All he could do was pretended nothing had happened but no matter what, even if it hurt, he tried to keep it to himself. He wouldn't want to look weak, right?

"Did Rainfrost call me yet? Or do I still have some time to eat something?" Flamepaw asked, looking around the Apprentices den.
Flamepaw got up and screeched, "How was your sleep Moonpaw? Quailpaw?" He yawned.

"Rainfrost is still in the medicine cat den, he hasn't called you yet. Neither has Scorchfeather." Moonpaw was quick to add that last bit in. "I think she actually let you sleep in, and took Cloudypaw out." Moonpaw twitched her tail, looking over at Cloudypaw's empty nest.
"So yeah, you have time to eat something." Quailpaw nodded. "We were just eating, I could get you a mouse or something if you'd like."
Moonpaw nudged her brother, "No! Get him a squirrel!"
"I'm sure he'll be fine with whatever, Moonpaw."

The fluffy black she-cat huffed, looking over at her baby brother who was now sitting up in his nest. His fur was slightly ruffled and he shook his head, blinking the sleep out of his reddish-amber eyes. She found it so funny how she was the smallest out of the three, and yet the oldest… by two minutes… and then Quailpaw and Flamepaw came along.

"And I slept great!" Moonpaw giggled, answering Flamepaw's question. "I dreamed I was chasing a huge squirrel through the territory, and caught it right before I woke up! It was great."
"Yeah, but then you kept kicking me in your sleep. 'Made it into my dream, you were the badger." Quailpaw twitched his black ear, looking over at his black-and-white patchy littermate as Moonpaw giggled.
"So how'd you sleep, Flamepaw? All good I hope?" Quailpaw hesitated to say what he wanted to say, but went through with it anyways.
"You were kinda stiff in your sleep though."
Moonpaw nodded, "yeah, Darkspots should've called you Rockpaw instead– ow– hey!"
Quailpaw nudged his sister with huff, looking back at Flamepaw.
