Personality: Extremely quiet, almost so much that is puts you off. Observant; likes to people watch. Doesn't share much, and is very mysterious about her past. Her eyes tell stories her mouth can't say. Very emotional, but bottles it up so she doesn't seem weak (so when the weather acts up, she acts and looks fine).

Powers: Can manipulate reality for someone. He can either make a false illusion and manipulate the reality around them (though it isn't a solid image), or he could manipulate their dreams. He is better at manipulating dreams because he could make the illusion more solid. Gets migraines if he uses his power too much, he has passed out from over using his power.

Looks: short brown hair that is longer in the front, his bangs have bright purple streaks going through it, his bangs are usually pushed up into a quiff. Icy blue eyes. 5'4, skinny, pale skinned.
Clothes: Black t-shirt, blue jeans, sneakers, a gray jacket, usually has a back pack on containing his computer and other random stuff.
Personality: Observant, nice, reserved, quiet, doesn't talk much to strangers, jumpy at times.

My friend made a roleplay with a similar concept before(you don't get to choose your power). I'm pumped!
The first power I got was a bit difficult for me to understand, so I rolled again and got a power that I actually could see myself with. The first one was some kind of forest-based empathy, but the second was just regular empathy.

Looks: Short brown hair that's shaved on the left side, green-hazel eyes, a relatively pale complexion. Tall for a girl her age, and well built. Aspen also wears large black horn-rimmed glasses(prescription, though she doesn't necessarily need them).
Clothes: A red-and-black plaid button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up open over a white My Hero Academia tee shirt(looks like this: ), black skinny jeans, and worn grey high-tops. She also wears a black tattoo choker, a black choker with white and grey gems in the front, a Fullmetal Alchemist pocket watch on a low-hanging neck chain, and several bracelets on her right wrist.
Personality: A little closed-off sometimes, but friendly enough. Compassionate and loyal, but also stubborn. Prefers to do work with friends or alone. Borderline antisocial around people she doesn't know, but very excitable around people she does know. Most of the time, she doesn't get enough sleep because she's watching anime or reading fanfiction. Has a better relationship with her friends than her family.
Other: Have I mentioned that Aspen's a weeb? Also, the only sport she really plays is hockey.

It was mid day and pretty cold out. though most stayed indoors it was fine out. Jay grabbed the leash and his dog then walked outside and down the street. He never usually used magic outside of his home because no regular people know about magic. He walked into a cafe that allowed dogs and sat down.
Rei looked up as someone entered the cafe. He had a dog with him, and she smiled menacingly at it. Dog's are such loyal creatures, she mused. Such a pity that they're loyal to a fault.

Jay tied the leash to a chair and told maple to stay then went and grabbed a coffee.

Powers: Can turn into any substance he desires (substance mimicry). Able to shape-shift, but only into small creatures, such as household pets, etc.

Looks: Black hair, brown eyes, dark skin, around 5'11.
Clothes: Dark colored shirts, prefers baseball-style shirts. Jeans, be it blue or black. Converse.
Personality: Very chill, doesn't like to fight. He always wants to not be himself, because of his past.

How curious, leaving around your possessions like they are nothing. Rei stole one last glance at the boy, and promptly went back to her book.
He got a coffee then sat at the table where his dog was and sat there quietly. "So where to next?" He asked his dog quietly. "Want to go to the park?"
korin stubbled into the coffee shop he hadn't had time to grab some at home before he'd left. he walked up to the counter and ordered then just stood around looking at the people in the coffee shop as he waited.
Declan saw the pale kid walk through the door and waited for him to order. He prepared his drink and put it on the counter "Coffee for Korin?"
korin grabbed his cup and headed for the door when a dog jumped out of nowhere tripping korin and spilling coffee everywhere.
Jay got up and moved quickly over to the guy. "I am so sorry about her." He said then handed the guy some napkins. "I can buy you a new coffee…"
"no its fine," korin grunted, wiping himself off with the napkins.
"I am so sorry." He said as he untied Maple from the chair. "So. So sorry." He said then went out the door with Maple.
korin watched them go through the glass door the dog was still looking at him, weird he thought.
"You want another coffee Korin? On the house" Declan said.
"sure," korin said. standing up still trying to get soon to be coffee stains out of his shirt.
Jay walked to the park nearby and let his pupper go off the leash and play around. As he sat on a bench nearby and watched the pup.
Declan handed Korin another drink. "Quite the spill you had there, huh?" Declan looked over Korins messy hair, analyzing every part of it.
"Yeah," korin said, noticing the glance towards his hair and conspicuously checked to see if there was coffee in it.
