Colin nodded slowly, not completely sure what was going on. He ushered everyone to the opposite end of the cell, then turned back to Lovino.

Lovino nods and turns his back to them and starts to sing

His tenor voice floating through the air sounding like angels came down to sing to the kids.

The Sirens outside perked up realizing that is was a baby singing. The man who bit Lovino perks up and smiles ‘his voice is beautiful the baby that is’ the rest nod ‘we must get him back soon he is our Baby’ the rest nod in agreement.

"I-I-I-I don't know," Her words were swept away as Colin was trying to help the other boy. Soon Pike was at the opposite side of the cell, and Lovino was singing a song to the sirens. Jeez, he's really stressing me out. She didn't like him, not one bit. "Col-Colin, what's he he he doing?" she spoke, voice shaky.

Living finished his song and looked at pike ”hoped you liked it Pike!” he says everything going back to normal.

Colin stood silently for a moment, trying to figure out what had happened. "That's a good question Pike."

Pike answered neither boy, deciding instead to shrug. The silence was then interrupted by the creaking of a gate, and she recognized the sound immediately. "Pete-Peter's he-here," she whispered, eyes widened.

Colin tensed up at Pike's observation, immediately turning to Lovino. "Don't let Peter see your scales."

Lovino slips on his shirt and runs to a corner to sit down.

Meanwhile out side of the cage.

“We have to get the baby back Peter has taken to many of them from us!” Tio shouts under the water to the others “when shal we get the baby back?” He asks the strongest siren who is only 2 years older than Lovino.
“we will get him back soon but not now.” The Siren sighs running a hand down the patch of red scales among his emerald green “let up home he has a patch of emerald scales my color.” He wispers to him self.

The gate creaks open, and Peter surveys the room with cold green eyes. Pike presses her back against the wall, trying to make herself smaller. Peter made her feel uneasy.

Lovino made it look like he was asleep. In the corner of the room.
