(Lol. The fluff is real. ;D)
Kasey hummed and tilted her head up to kiss his cheek. “Love you, too.”

Kasey hummed and tilted her head up to kiss his cheek. “Love you, too.”
(uwu)
(I'm running out of fluff once more sorry
skip or any more ideas for staying?)
(Don’t worry about it! Lol.
Why don’t we skip? We could do another attack where Kasey needs to help?)
(Yeah sure, would you mind starting? Sorry )
(Sure. This'll be about a week later, then.)
Kasey was sitting crosslegged on Barry's bed, flipping through a book as she waited for him to return from the bathroom. Her phone suddenly lit up with an urgent message, and she glanced at the screen with a sigh.
"Barry… I need to go again…" she called, standing up from the bed.
(Sure. Do you want to do the mask thing after?)
Barry’s head snapped up, his brow furrowing in concert. “Superhero duty?”
(Ohhh… He could show up to help!)
"Yeah. Did you want to come with?" Kasey asked, starting toward the door so she could grab her things from her room.
(Good idea!)
“Obviously. I’ll drive.” He jumped up, anxiety stirring his stomach. “I swear to god, if you get hurt..”
"I'll be fine, babe. Don't worry about me," Kasey assured him as she ran to her room to grab her things. She appeared at the door a few seconds later, wearing her disguise but without the mask. "Come on, let's go. It's at Dale and Lexington."
Barry nodded, stomach twisting. I’m a few minutes, they were speeding down the highway. “What is it this time?”
"I'm not sure. The message was t specific, just the place and saying that I was needed," Kasey said with a shrug.
(Would you mind playing the villain? Or would you rather that I do it?)
(I’m fine with it, could you describe them?)
Barry turned a corner, gripping the wheel tightly. “Isn’t that…… risky? To go into a situation without knowing what’s happening??”
(I didn't really have a plan for this one. I was going to let you decide. I could go grab one of you wanted, though.)
"It's always risky, babe. But I've been working on my powers more, so I can actually do a lot more without hurting myself," Kasey assured him.
(Oh Oof, sure, I’ll make something up. Sorry if it’s really crappy, I’m tired)
Barry shook his head, trying to stop the rising tide of his panic. “You need to know what you’re getting into! You can’t jusy rush into things! God, if you got hurt—“ he choked on whatever he was going to say next.
(Oh, it's fine! I totally understand. If you need to go to sleep, you should.)
Kasey turned in her seat to look at Barry, setting her hand on his arm gently.
"Barry… I promise that I will be careful. Please, don't worry about me too much," she said softly.
(Nah it’s fine, I’m finishing up an essay anyways, and this is sorta early for me anyways. What time is it for you?)
“Too late,” he murmured, but relented and tried for a smile. “I trust you, Kasey, it’s not that. Just…”
(Oof. It's 11:15 pm (ish.))
"I know… You're worried that something will happen and I'll get hurt…" Or worse… "Thank you for caring so much. It means a lot."
(Oof, you should sleep soon)
Barry shrugged, swallowing as he pulled onto the street. “It’s in the job description.”
(… I know… sighs
Wait, what time is it for you?)
Kasey nodded and slipped her mask on as they neared the address. "I know, Barr. Stay safe in here, okay?"
(12:40am)
You’re telling me.. He nodded, gripping her hand tightly before letting her go.
(Give me a sc to come up with a suitable villain)
(It's almost 1 in the morning…?
Also, I'm going to actually go to sleep now. Lol. I'm about to drop my iPod on my face because I'm that tired… apparently…)
"I promise I'll be as safe as possible," Kasey said, giving him a quick kiss before stepping out of the car.
(Yeah Oof
Gnight)
Up ahead, every single window of a four story building shattered, taking fractured glass onto the street. People screamed, running out onto the street and covering their heads.
(Morning!)
Kasey stared up at the building. This was new…
Using her powers, she tried to move doe of the glass shards away from civilians and herself as she moved closer.
(Good afternoon Oof
How are you?)
An ear splitting, incredibly high-pitched sound erupted from the building, causing everyone on the street to drop down with their hands clamped over their ears.
(Lol. I’m tired. Work was tiring… You?)
“Ah!” Kasey exclaimed, putting her hands over her ears as well. She needed to find sometihing to block that sound out of it was going to keep happening. Looking around, she chewed on her lip as she tried to find something.
(T i r e d I slept a little less than two hours for the.. third time in the past seven days? More?
Oof sorry work was tiring)
The sound continued, and suddenly, a huge black cloud erupted from each window. A low buzzing was added to the awful high noise, and it quickly became apparent to everyone that the cloud was in fact a swarm of black wasps.
(Aw… I wish I could help you sleep, but I don’t know of anything that would help besides lavender, tea, chamomile, and/or melatonin…)
Kasey’s jaw dropped as she looked at the swarm of stinging insects, and she glanced back towards Barry. This was definitely new for her.
If there was someone controlling them, she’d have to find them and take them out. But that would involve knowing where said person was…
(thanks Winter, really, thank you
Part of it is stress though, and another part of it homework
Oof)
Barry watched in terror as the swarm hung in the air, blanketing at least twenty square metres of the sky above Kasey, but he wasn't scared for himself. He was scared for her, to put it very, very mildly.
The horrible noise only got louder as the swarm descended, the wasps flying closer and closer to eachother until they had somehow compacted into the shape of…….. a woman.
(Bleh. Homework. I took some college classes last year, and I stayed up until around midnight a few times.
Granted, that was partially my own fault… I had recently discovered Notebook, and I was a little too obsessed for my own good…)
Kasey blinked at the shape that formed from the wasps. So… They were a woman? Or was she just able to control them enough to get them to be able to make that shape?
Gah… Barry was so right. I should have gotten more information before coming into this.
(ugh yeah, homework. I was working on a 'surprise essay' until two last night
Oof, I can sort of relate, that used to be me)
The wasp/woman landed softly on the ground, and all of a sudden, it was as if all the noise had been sucked out of the world. Then, each insect began….. melting into another. Slowly forming a solid shape, a shape with tan skin and brown hair, and the palest yellow eyes.
(I'm making this up as I go along lol)
