Oh hi sorry guys. You should probably start with just entering the house and maybe hearing weird noises?
Oh hi sorry guys. You should probably start with just entering the house and maybe hearing weird noises?
(Well it’s super late, probably for most of the people here, so maybe?)
(I think if Bleu is on rn then we'll start, if not we'll just start tomorrow. Sorry that's my bad for answering them late)
Adagio enters his new apartment slowly, adjusting his suitcase and the box in his arm as he opens the door slowly. He releases a tiny sigh as he looks around at the small apartment. It was rather shabby looking, but it was all he could afford at the moment. He sets his things down and looks around. He begins to walk around the house, humming to the music in his ears. Music. His only friend. That made him smile sadly. He walks to his bedroom and turns on the light. There was a small twin sized bed, a closet and a dresser. His furniture had been moved here earlier. His movers had complained of odd noises. He figured it was probably the neighbors.
Greyson sighed, walking through a wall in the way that only the dead could. He waved at the new arrival, though he knew from experience that the people living in this apartment really couldn't see or hear him. It had been trippy for the first few months, but was the sort of thing that you just needed to get used to. "Hey." A standard greeting from the spirit nicknamed Greed.
The spirit of Wrath appeared on the kitchen counter, lounging as if it where a fancy chaise instead of a shabby knock off granite. "He can't see you." She said rolling her eyes. Cora wasn't the nicest of spirits, but she respected her fellow Sins. At least a little bit.
The spirit of Envy was inspecting a particularly shiny spoon, sitting up on the counter and humming, twirling it between her fingers.
“Hey, Wrath, loosen up.”
Cora leaned her head back to eye Envy. "What are you going to do if I don't?" She challenged, a wicked gleam flashing through her eyes.
“Could you guys, like, not fight right now?” The spirit of Lust said. She was rested on her elbows on the kitchen counter.
"Just looking for some damn entertainment." Wrath muttered, looking towards the human ambling about the apartment. She sighed heavily through her nose, wondering how she might manipulate his emotions so he went bananas.
Cora leaned her head back to eye Envy. "What are you going to do if I don't?" She challenged, a wicked gleam flashing through her eyes.
Envy giggled, ignoring Lust and purring, “I’ll make you stop.”
He glances up and towards the kitchen. He could have sworn he heard voices. He walks towards the kitchen. "Hello?" He calls, pulling his sleeves over his scarred wrists, his dark eyes curious.
The spirit of Gluttony floated into the room, hearing commotion. "What are we looking at?" Gabby asked. "Oh," she said, stopping when she saw the boy. She poked her ghostly fingers at his stomach. "He looks like he could use a good meal."
He glances around. "Maybe there's a draft somewhere?" He begins to look around. He had no idea what was going on.
Greed crossed his arms. "Some money, too, from the looks of it." Greyson leaned against a wall, arms still crossed across his chest and looking the guy up and down.
Adagio runs a hand slowly through his midnight black hair. He wasn't sure what was going on, but he didn't like it. He groans tiredly and adjusts his jacket before settling on the couch.
"Uh oh," Gabby said, watching him sit down and look confused. "I think he felt us. He's got that look living people do when they start to sense us. I should make him some soup," she said, floating towards the kitchen.
"The boy needs a good fight." Wrath muttered, waving away Gluttony from where she was laying on the counter. "He's going to freak if his kitchen starts making food all by itself." She paused, considering. "On second thought, that might be fun to watch."
Adagio stands and walks towards his bedroom, grabbing the one box he had and walls back out into the living room. It was filled with pictures and relaxes, trying to keep calm.
"Why don't we just…ask the guy. If he doesn't answer or react at all, then we just have a psycho." Greed looked at Adiago, walking over. "Hey, you can hear us, can't you? Can you see us?" Direct, but hopefully effective.
"The boy needs a good fight." Wrath muttered, waving away Gluttony from where she was laying on the counter. "He's going to freak if his kitchen starts making food all by itself." She paused, considering. "On second thought, that might be fun to watch."
"Thank you for reminding me to not do that Wrath," Gabby said, glaring at her. "Leave the kid alone. Poor thing looks like he's had too much mayhem and not enough indulgence in his life."
Adagio looks up. Okay. He had to be hearing voices. He really was letting depression and anxiety running through him. "Who's there." He growls, looking around.
Greed grinned, patting their new housemate on the shoulder. "He can see us!" he said, turning around and smiling at Wrath and Gluttony.
Wrath's eyebrows flicked up in surprise. She vanished from the kitchen only to appear next to the sorry looking man in the bedroom. "No way?!" She leaned into his face, peering into his eyes. When he didn't react, she huffed. "Helllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooo." She yelled, waving her hand in front of his face.
He backed away. His eyes widen. Okay. Maybe he was seeing things? Maybe he was hearing things? He had to be imagining this…
Wrath froze. "Does that count as a reaction?" She asked the gathered sins.
Envy puckered her lips. “I think so. Howdy there!” She waved at his face.
His breathing only becomes more frantic. "I am not seeing this. This has to be a joke." He mutters, running a hand through his hair.
"Oh honey," Wrath says, her expression going from surprise to a feral grin. "This is real as Hell."
She sighed. “Wrath, Can we just not scare him out of his wits right away?” Lust looked at Wrath.
