"They need to calm down for once, they sound like my mom." Kate said laughing a little.

"You know how my brothers are. Always overprotective." She shrugged with a smile.

"I guess.." Kate said shrugging

"Come on Kate, you've met my brothers. You know how they are. Especially Marcus. I get it, you're 25, but that doesn't mean you can treat me like a child." She scoffed.

"Ok but I mean I had an older brother once, he never cared about me. Honestly I've never seen a sibling so worried about another because usually there just getting at each others throats." Kate said sitting down.

"Well when I'm the only girl in their lives that can't leave, they have an incessant need to protect me." She shrugged.

"Anyways I have a great dare for the group tonight." She said with a wicked smile

"Oh? And what's that, K?" She smirked, leaning against the tree behind her.

"You know that house that when you enter you can't leave?"

"Yeah I've heard of it. Why?"

"I'm going to dare us to stay in there for 24 hours. Because it's obviously fake I mean theres no way right? There's no such thing as a monster it's like saying the boogey mans real!" she said, "Honestly I think some old man lived there and he was getting really annoyed, so he made up a story so everyone leaves him alone. It makes sense right?"

"Yeah probably." Ivy was the worst person to tell this to. She was always so calm and neutral about everything. She was there to make sure no one died.

"I'm so excited we could like become famous for finding out it's all fake!" She said getting up.

"Or we could die but whatever." She shrugged.

Kate rolled her eyes and sat back down. "What do you want to do until they get here?"

She shrugged. "Whatever you feel like."

"Hmm."

She twirled her hair around her finger, watching the sunlight shimmer off of the black waves.

"How about a little game of would you rather." She said smirking

"Bring it, K." She narrowed her eyes challengingly, a small smile tugging at her lips.

"Hmm.. Would you rather not have good brothers and get $2000 or.. keep your brothers and get no money? I don't know.."

"They're annoying, yes, but I wouldn't trade my brothers for anything. That's easy." She thought for a second. "Would you rather be rich and alone or poor but with the love of your life?"
