Mavrus looked over at Pollux She's forgetful, especially after… what happened he climbed onto her head and made himself kinda like a living helmet. This keeps her calm.

"I probably know a lot more than you about any creature." Oliver crossed his arms. Mara finally fed up with Oliver's attitude grabbed him by the wrist and pulled him closer to her. "You really need to stop." Pulling against her strength, he friend Chi flew over to Aurelius and looked him over.

Lucky smiled at the child’s antics

"Oh, that's quite alright. I mean, I figure if you're not frequently ill or injured, you do see a lot less of me. Though it's odd that neither of you recognize me. I'm fairly unique-looking. At least I think I am," Pollux said, "Shit… I need to… not talk and lie down for a while…"

"Probably," Aurelius admitted to Oliver, "Well, except for my Nox, of course. There's nothing like learning from a dragon firsthand."
He looked at Chi with curiosity. Then Nox came forth from the shadows. Her stance gave away intense discomfort.
You… you have a dragon egg…

"Yes, it's my first dragon. My own, a special one my father bred just for me." He pulled it out and held it in his arms. "The first of its kind. We had to but I could only save one of them." Oliver set in in the grass and Riven moved over to it a sniffed it. it does smell a bit different.

"Fascinating…" Aurelius said, "I take it you know how to care for an egg? You seem to know what you're doing, for the most part."
It's tougher than it seems… Nox added, seeming lost in thought.

Lucky smiled at the child’s antics

"Yes I do. I've been doing this since I was born." Oliver looked over to Nox. "You're not full sky dragon are you? You seem to have a mix of something else." It was small but she didn't seem to be normal, she was to knowledgeable to be a normal dragon. "Have you guys heard of seer dragons?"

Arioch sat on the ground near the pond "Brings back memories doesn't it?" he called to Zuriel Yeah, kinda looks like the same pond too. Telara glanced between the two "uh… um… Z-Zuriel?" she lifted her head to Telara Yes small one? "W-what's Arioch t-t-talking about?" *He's talking about how he met me. I can tell you more if you like." Telara pondered the option "Maybe sometime l-later."

Lucky sighed and sat down in the grass. A few seconds later Onyx the fox pup came with Frost. Onyx yipped and jumped off of Frosts back and came to lucky. Lucky laughed and pet his head

Telara smiled at the fox pup, slowly walked next to the pond and sat somewhat close to it.

Nox shook her head. I've no clue… I never knew my parents… In fact, sometimes I feel more like a human than a dragon in behavior.
"Seer dragons? Yeah, I've heard of them. We had a couple in our village. They weren't very good for fighting, but valuable to society nonetheless," Aurelius said to Oliver, "Although I can tell you some more about Nox, in case that helps. She's highly in tune with human emotions, and very intuitive. Also, if you couldn't tell, she's quite small to be full-grown, but has a giant wingspan. And she has blue flames instead of the typical red and orange. I had figured her to have some night dragon in her. Perhaps she does. But now that you mention it, Seer dragon blood would explain her wisdom, though one could argue her wisdom is from experience."

Onyx came over to her and sniffed her from a few feet away. Lucky looked to see what the fox was doing

Telara reached out to the fox trying not to spook it.

Onyx yipped and slowly walked closer. He stuck his nose out and sniffed her hand

She tried to pet the pup's head while Mavrus drank from the pond

"Experience yes, but dragons that are so much in tune with their human counterparts is more of a seer thing." He held out his hand and looked at Aurelius. "May I?" Sure he was stubborn and a bit rude but he knew that dragons didn't like to be touched much, especially if they aren't their human partner. "Maybe I could figure something out about her for you. If you're willing to give me a chance."

Farron took a step out of the shadows, arms crossed and looking worried, "Okay, guys. I get that all this is kinda overwhelming but we need to keep moving if we don't want to get caught."

"Finally someone with some sense." Mara also crossed her arms. She wasn't mad just a bit more upset that Oliver was getting along with Aurelius so well. And how he was so knowledgeable about many creatures. "Riven, let's get ready to go." She went to gather some water, food would have to wait.

She tried to pet the pup's head while Mavrus drank from the pond

Onyx sniffed her fingers, tipped then jumped on her. Lucky gasped and got up “Onyx! Come here!” The pup whines and stayed beside Telara

Aurelius looked over to Farron, then back to Oliver, then to Nox.
I would like to know more about myself. I may have some untapped potential that I could use to protect you.
"Well, then of course. But we really do need to get going. You can ride with me, if you'd like. Even if we do part ways later, I wish to see you to safety."
(Lol I love how Oliver annoys the heck out of Mara, but Aurelius is too chill to have a problem with him.)

Telara jumped and recoiled a little bit but pet the pup when he settled down.

Lucky walked over to Telara “hello!” She said softly

"Sure!" Oliver has never ride on a dragon before. Grabbing his backpack, he calmly and carefully climbed up on Nox with a huge smile on his face. "Wow, you're scales are very well taken care of." Aurelius must take very good care of her, Oliver thought. Mara hoped on Riven's back and pouted. "It's so unfair, why do children hate me so much?"

(I've been too busy with school to RP much… I feel kinda bad about joining then not doing much tbh.)
Nox let out a low, pleased grumbling sound at the compliment.
Aurelius let out a slight amused chuckle at Mara. "It's okay… At least the rest of us like you."

Riven's feathers stood up as he shook his head. "It's okay Riven." She knew he could feel how she was feeling. "Let's go." We'll follow from the ground like always.

Nox began to take off, carefully making sure that Oliver was securely on board. She spread her wings, casting a large shadow beneath.
Aurelius looked over his shoulder. "You said that's your first dragon in that egg. Ever ridden before?"
