Fūjin was tired as it was. He sighs quietly, looking around the cafe. Many people had already arrived. He was in the corner, sipping green tea quietly as he read. He hums in thought before turning the page. He was rather tired. He had a rather crazy night, running around. But he was fine with it.
Apollo giggled gently and Artemis stamped on his toes. She stepped forward first, ordering a medium caramel mocha with a bagel.
Apollo stepped up next, his card in hand and ordered a large cappuccino with a blueberry muffin and a bottle of water. He dished up his card and paid.
Persephone eyed the menu. Money… that may be a problem.. I don't think they take drachma.. Sighing, she pretended to be rummaging around in her back and muttered a summon under her breath, feeling a wad of crisp bills appear in her hand. She didn't know who these had come from, but at this point she'd given up caring.
Fūjin closed his book and shut his eyes, holding his tea in his hands and he relaxes. He needed a time to calm down. His stormy attitude needed to settle a little, he was making people in Japan panic again.
Anteros took a sip of his coffee, remembering that he had never really enjoyed it's bitter taste, though he wasn't willing to waste the money he just spent. Continuing to drink it and ignoring the taste, he looked around at the different people in the shop. Part of him wanted to talk to someone, except he was too nervous and shy to initiate a conversation.
Umbria and Notte walked into the cafe, deep in a quiet conversation. They made their way up to the cashier and ordered. "Can I get two black coffees and some scones?" Um asked quietly. "Oh and a cake pop," Notte added on, pushing up his black-rimmed glasses.
Persephone waited behind two people in front of her, rubbing the odd human money curiously. It was made out of… paper? And a smooth, shiny material? Weird… Her gaze was drawn to the windows, to the passerby beyond. They were all so small, so mortal.. most mortals she’s seen had already been killed.
Lovino walked towards a cafe and stoped before he walked in. ‘Why the hell is Hephaestus making me get the stupid drinks I mean in the same person but noooooooo’ he thinks walking in and getting in line knowing what he wants ‘and why this one’ he thinks and growls out loud.
Aria ordered a brownie and a latte from the barista, then went to find a little table where she could sit. When she thought no one was looking, she sprinkled just a bit of cosmic dust on top of the whipped cream. She sighed in delight. Cosmic dust is the best
Fūjin stood, holding his scroll and his tea. He throws the cup away before walking towards th exit. He should probably head back. The spirits were getting impatient. Suddently, a small noodle dragon jumped from his bag and scampered into the cafe.
Notte startled when he saw a small noodle like dragon run towards him. He leaned down as the dragon ran into him. "You're a precious little thing." He coos.
The blue dragon makes a small noise and curls up on his arm. He makes a purring noise before sticking his tongue out and flicking it along Notte's nose before settling.
"Awww." He muttered happily as his sister knelt down next to him. "Who is this adorable little dragon?" She asks, petting the tiny thing.
Fūjin swore when he saw Kaze with someone. He sighs. That dragon was always getting into trouble. Kaze stuck his tongue out at the two, looking very happy as he sat there. He leaned into the females touch before licking her hand with his tiny little tongue.
Lovino turns on his heal after he got the drinks and almost runs into a man and woman kneeling on the floor with a noodle dragon “ahem,” he says clearing his throat “if your looking at the noodle dragon maby move to a table.” He snaps not meaning to just out of habit.
Aria watched from afar as a small…dragon played around with some patrons of the cafe. She racked her brain, but couldn’t recall dragons ever existing with mortals. thats strange
Apollo had caught sight of the noodle dragon and was whispering excitedly about it in Greek. Artemis was hissing back at him, her eyes angry gray slits.
(I haven't mad a character yet…….well shit.)
Persephone's head jerked sideways. That's– that's a dragon. In the mortal world, she thought dazedly, slipping out of the line to get a closer look. "It that– is the dragon wild?", she asked the man cradling it.
Fūjin walks to the man holding his dragon. "Kaze. Come here." He orders sternly. Kaze leaps off of the male and hurries to his master. Fūjin made his way towards the exit.
Lovino sighs and walks to a table to sit ‘I’ll make him wate for his coffee that shit’ he thinks.
Akia gave a sly wave to the little dragon as it walked out the door, then took a long sip of her coffee, forgetting it was still boiling hot. "Sh(oo)t!" she exclaimed before she could stop herself. Her face lit up all shades of pink.
Apollo turned his bright gaze to the cussing girl near them. He giggled loudly and stood up, ignoring Artemis’ hissed, “No!”
“Hi there!” He introduced cheerfully, beaming. “Would you like some ice? My twin has some in her coffee if you’d like.”
She was all kinds of embarrassed but she nodded slightly. "That would be lovely. Mort- I mean, uh, baristas like thier coffee much too hot!"
Apollo snatched up Artemis’ coffee and fished out a cube, handing it to the girl with a charming smile. “I totally understand what you mean. Here.”
she gave him a small smile. could these people not be mortals? " Thanks."
Apollo swept his hand out to gesture to his booth. “Come join us. You seem kinda lonely.”
(Can we ship Akia and Artemis?)
(yisssss
She didn't quite know how to respond to that. If they were gods on one hand, she could make friends. If not, well, that could be bad, She decided to be bold for once. "Sure, thanks." She smiled again a little bigger this time
Apollo swept her into the booth and sat down, sliding Artemis’ drink back to her. Artemis glared at her brother before beaming at Akia.
“Hi there. Sorry about him.”
Anteros laughed, his lighter voice ringing faintly through the coffee shop as he watched the dragon roam around. He hadn't seen one in a long time, and this one seemed like rather the troublemaker. He leaned forward in his seat, his wide, tawny brown eyes watching the dragon with interest as he took a few sips from his coffee.
