“We are going to go shopping, remember? Get you some new clothes and shoes,” Corbin hummed. “And that’s good that you like it.”
“We are going to go shopping, remember? Get you some new clothes and shoes,” Corbin hummed. “And that’s good that you like it.”
"Yee. Right." Matrix sighs, looking around even though he couldn't see anything, "I'm going to have a sugar rush. Man. Syrup."
Corbin chuckled softly. “Don’t have too much, then,” he hummed.
"No! Mine!" He barks dramatically but still quiet enough no one looks.
“Calm down,” Corbin chuckled. “I’m not going to take your food,” he hummed.
"…mine…" Matrix started to pile a mountain of the pancakes in his mouth, staring off to the right at the wall.
Corbin snapped his fingers in front of his own face. “Wrong direction, Matrix,” he pointed out.
Matrix blinks a few times, looking around, "What? Then…" He reaches forward, patting at first the table then Corbin's hand then his shoulder, "Oh."
Corbin gave a quiet chuckle. “There you go. Will your sight get better soon?” He asked.
"Yeah soon. Don't worry." Matrix shrugs slightly
Corbin nodded his head. “Good, I’ll try not to,” he hummed slowly before taking a bite of his food.
Matrix nods and stuffs the rest of the food he hand into his mouth. His cheeks where puffed making him look like an over sized chipmunk.
Corbin chuckled a bit at how Matrix looked. He smiled at Matrix faintly for a moment before taking a sip of his coffee.
"Donef." He chokes slightly on the food. He looks around, blinking as his eyes clear more.
Corbin finished up a minute or two later after Matrix. “Are you still hungry? If so I can get you more food, and if not I can pay and we can get your food,” he said.
"I'm fine thanks. It was great." Matrix smiles slightly at Corbin. He was still starving but he didn't want to say anything
Corbin gave a nod of his head at that. He got the bill and paid, standing up and waiting for Matrix.
Matrix stands, a bit clumsily, and tries to walk normally forward but trips over chair and almost falls over the table.
Corbin reached out, quickly grabbing onto Matrix’s arm. “Be careful,” he warned, leading Matrix out the door and over to the car.
"Shit… Did I mess up?" He hisses, baring his fangs as his eyes clear more.
“No no, you were just running into things,” Corbin said. “Now go on and get in the car,” he said, going to the drivers side and getting in.
Matrix pats the hood of the car on his way and dove into the seat, "My eyes are clearer…" He says hesitantly, "I can't see details of things but I can see."
Corbin nodded his head, giving Matrix a small smile. “Good to hear,” he said, putting his seatbelt on.
He nods awkwardly, staring out the window with a hiss
Corbin pulled out of the spot and then out onto the road. The clothing store was close by, so it shouldn’t take long.
Matrix smiles absently, crossing his legs on the seat. His tail flicking from side to side, wrapping around the back of the seat
Corbin glanced at Matrix for a quick moment before looking back at the road. He had a small smile on his lips when he had noticed Matrix’s smile.
Matrix pins his ears back slightly, twisting in his seat to watch a human and what seemed to be (Can there be other creatures? Or is it just Demons?). The (Creature or demon) was on the ground being kicked and yelled at mutably by the human. Matrix quickly looks over at Corbin, suddenly looking wary.
(There can be other creatures)
Corbin had noticed the sight as he was driving by, and he slowed. “What the hell?” He mumbled lowly, looking at what was happening in his mirror.
Matrix presses himself against the door to the car, "What're you doing?"
