Andion just laughed again, "Well then maybe we should do some more running together so you use your legs more."
Andion just laughed again, "Well then maybe we should do some more running together so you use your legs more."
Blaine crinkled her nose. “Maybe… Or we could just finish up in here and go swim?”
"Whichever you prefer. So I'm guessing swim?" Andion raised an eyebrow with a grin.
“Of course,” Blaine chuckled, pushing herself up onto her elbows. “You ready?”
Andion nodded, rolling off of the bed, "Yup."
Blaine chuckled and stood, making her way to the door. “Well, come on, then.”
Andion laughed and ruffled his hair a little before following, “I’m coming I’m coming.”
“Well, come faster! You’re being so slow!” Blaine teased, glancing over her shoulder at him with a grin.
Andion chuckled, “So impatient.” But he complied and sped up.
“I just want to swim,” Blaine chuckled, holding her hand out for him to take.
“I know you do.” Andion took her hand and led them out the tavern.
“And, hey, it’ll be my first swim in the ocean!” Blaine declared with a grin.
Andion’s eyes twinkled, “First time for everything, you’ll enjoy it,”
“I’m sure I will. Especially since I’ll be with you,” Blaine said, glancing over at him.
Andion smiled, "You got that right."
“‘Course I do. I enjoy anything I get to do with you,” Blaine stated, returning the smile.
Andion's smile grew, "I can say the same back to you."
Blaine grinned at him before winking and starting to walk backwards toward the water. “I’ll race you the rest of the way.”
"Alright. On three," Andion took up a beginning stance, "One… two… three!"
Blaine whipped around and ran to the water, laughing the whole way. It was good to have some fun during times like these.
Andion laughed and ran after her, not running as fast as she was so she could win. Eventually, he felt the cool water under his feet.
Blaine turned to face him before pulling her shoes off. “C’mon, let’s swim.”
Andion chuckled, "Yeah, good idea." He pulled his shoes and socks off, then his shirt and left them with Blaine's.
Being out where others could see them, Blaine didn’t feel like taking her outer clothes off. It was just something she didn’t like to do for some reason.
With a grin, she stepped out farther into the water, feeling the cold, salty liquid flow over her feet and around her legs.
Andion released a breath as he wriggled his toes in the sand for a few moments, a smile playing on his lips. He sighed contently and followed Blaine into the water, happy.
Blaine walked out far enough that the water was up to her waist and ran her fingers through the clear, blue water. A fish swam by, and she grinned and glanced at Andion.
“Did you see it? It was so pretty,” she said, her eyes alight.
Andion smiled and shook his head, "No, I didn't see it. But I'm sure I'll see another." Gosh she was so cute and he waded further out into the water to meet her.
“It was blue. A very beautiful blue, too. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a colorful fish,” Blaine said, looking back down at the water.
"Now I'm sad I didn't see it," Andion said gently, wrapping his arms around her waist.
Blaine turned slightly to look at Andion, still smiling.
“Thank you,” she whispered, pressing a light kiss to his cheek. “For everything.”
