Ad hummed. “Interesting indeed. What are you?”
Ad hummed. “Interesting indeed. What are you?”
Annabeth smiled. "I'm princess Annabeth". she said.
Ad sighed and waved a hand. “Wonderful to meet you. But what are you?”
"The girl of light". She responded.
“The Girl of Light…? What are you doing here? Don’t you know what this place is?”
"Look I told you I didn't mean to disturb you I've been on the run since I was seven but I'll be on my way". She said as she bagan to walk away.
Ad cocked an eyebrow. “Hey, don’t be running off. It’s dangerous to be walking around by yourself. Would you like to come in?”
"I appriceate your concern but I'm not a little girl". she said ." Besides I can't trust you, I can't Trust anyone anymore."
“You are certainly acting like a little girl. It is better to join me than to try and escape back into that forest. It is endless.”
"Believe me I Know I've been in this forest for thirteen years". She said.
Ad raised his eyebrows. “Really, now? Well, my Castle of Darkness would be a very pleasant change, I assure.”
"Fine" she said and walked forward.
Ad stepped out of her way and pushed the doors open. “Make yourself at home.”
Annabeth walked inside the dark castle and looked around. "Thanks".
Ad nodded and shut the door, humming. The foyer was wrapped elaborately in velvety-black. It was gloomy, but nice.
Annabeth closed her eyes. The castle was dark ,but she lived in the dark most her life.
Ad shut the doors and shifted his cloak. “Would you like something to eat? Something to change into?”
Annabeth sighed. "No ". she said.
Ad nodded. “Then make yourself at home, I guess.”
Annabeth nodded as she placed a hand over heart.
Ad glanced at her hand. “What’cha doing?”
Annabeth glanced toward Ad. " Making sure It's still in there." she said.
Ad raised his eyebrows. “Alright. Well, that's kinda odd. Alright.”
"Well When you lived in fear of people taking it you'd understand". she said.
Ad rolled his eyes. “Well, if someone took it, you wouldn’t be standing here.”
Annabeth rolled her eyes as her fingertips started to glow.
Ad took attention to it and looked down. “Wha…?”
Annabeth Sighed. Her fingers turned back to normal.
Ad blinked a couple times and shrugged it off. “Alrighty, then…”
Annabeth closed her eyes. She couldn't stay here forever, she would have to leave.
