Death made a soft noise in his throat. “Anyway… my question still isn’t answered.”

“I don’t have an answer yet.”

Death sighed softly. “Lying once more, are we?”

“I’m not lying. And I’ll come back when I have an answer.” She said angrily, standing up.

“So you won’t come back,” Death’s voice was heavier than usual. “I thought you’d understand how it feels to be lonely and hated.”

"I will come back..and I don't hate you..I guess..death has always been this big part of my life, my parents, Tyler. It's like it's always there, waiting to take something else away from me. But lately..things have been changing, my life is better now.." She laughed a little. "I have a daughter! I finally have people in my life that need me and seeing you, being near you..it's..it's scary…"
