Jessie started fiddling with her necklace again. "It wasn't bravery. It was me not wanting my siblings to get hurt. I'm the oldest. It's my job."

(maybe Adrien doesn't know about Noah, only Jaxon and Natalie. Maybe he asks about how many siblings she has, and she tells him about Noah. Idk, it's a suggestion)

"That still seems brave to me" He answered, he would do anything for James. "Whats that for?" Adrien asked, question directed at the tattoo of a blue rose. He assumed it was of significance since he had noticed she was wearing a necklace with a blue rose.

"It's in memory of Noah. So I don't forget him. Not that I would."

"Noah?" He asked, he hadn't remembered her mentioning him. "You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to."

"People think that there are only three Barnes kids: Me, Jaxon and Natalie. But there's actually four of us. Not many people know about Noah."

"Oh" he answered "I'm sorry"

"Why?" Jessie asked, turning to face Adrien. "You didn't cause it. You didn't cause his death." She suddenly looked sad and whispered, "I just couldn't save him in time."

"Its not your fault either, I bet you did your best and though your best may not always be good enough its all you could give."

"But it was my fault!" She said, tears starting to trickle down Jessie's cheeks. "All he wanted to do was grow up and be a photographer! He was going to be famous and married to the most handsome and loving man in the world! He didn't have to follow me up to the cliff! He knew he couldn't swim and he came anyway! I never should have let him come! And I should have dived in earlier!"

Adrien hugged her into his arms and let her cry
