"Do you need help?" Will asked quietly pushing forest behind himself to hide the griffin. Will didn't want the girl to be frightened by the beast.

"Yeah," Phoenix sighed in defeat. She couldn't get up alone, and that was that.

Kaliyah and axel walked deeper into the forest until they came into a clearing. Seeing some winter hares, she took out her bow and aimed

Will approached her slowly and reached out his hand.

Aalexi shook her head and continued walking, the breeze blowing her hair back. She reached the edge of the path where it continued into the forest.

Bren pulled on his jacket and grabbing his bag, he walked outside. As he walked he hummed for a bit, entering the forest.

The arrow cut through air and embedded itself in a rabbit. Kaliyah ran towards it and quickly ended it’s suffering. Putting it in her hunting bag, she went over to some of the traps she put to see if anything was caught

You should have her hunt a duck, maybe I shall explina the incedent then//

Aalexi shivered a bit and wrapped her cloak tightly around her, glancing around. This is the same as every other day, what are you so afraid of?

(oof I SHALL)( maybe he stumbles in her and screams when he sees the duck?)

Kaliyah sighed, most of the traps had been empty which meant that they had to come back tomorrow. She went over to the half frozen lake and saw some ducks. She loaded 2 arrows into her bow and let the both go. She heard a squawk and a thud and walked over to see two ducks and some eggs

Bren wandered through the forest, stopping to pick up some herbs. He walks over to a frozen lake and sits down to take a drink of water from his waterskin. He sees someone hunting animals and once he takes a closer looks he sees that what was being hunted was ducks, he hated ducks. "Nope." He says, walking over and taking off his gloves to wither the ducks.

Kaliyah hears footsteps and quietly loads an arrow in her bow.

Will whistled once quickly calling forest back.
Forest flew back into the forest and landed heavily behind him.

Will approached her slowly and reached out his hand.

Phoenix took his hand quickly and pulled herself off the forest floor. Placing her crutches to properly balance her, "Thanks."

"your welcome." he replied to her politely.
Forest walked up behind him and nudged him a bit.

Aalexi heard a soft rustle in the bushes and turned, taking a step towards the edge of the path. "Hello?" There was no answer. It's probably just the wind. She thought as she took a step into the forest.

Kaliyah turns around and raises her bow to the stranger

"your welcome." he replied to her politely.
Forest walked up behind him and nudged him a bit.

"Is that your griffin?" Phoenix asked taking a hobble past the boy and towards the beast.

"Um yeah, he is." he nodded slowly turning towards Forest.

Aalexi heard voices behind her. Ok go back onto the path now. She told herself, as she stepped further into the forest. The voices came closer and she walked farther into the trees, shaking her head as she did.

"Hey, there's no need for that." Bren says, raising his hands in mock surrender.

"Um yeah, he is." he nodded slowly turning towards Forest.

"Cool," Phoenix responded looking at the griffin, "What's their name?"

"Um, his name is forest." Will responded and pet Forest on the head.

“This is my hunt, who are you and what are you doing here?” She asked putting the ducks and eggs in her hunting bag

Phoenix looked at the boy, "Can I pet him?"

Phoenix looked at the boy, "Can I pet him?"

"Sure." Will said and grabbed Forest's hear and calmed him down.

Phoenix grinned and gently reached out towards Forest.

He kept Forest calm. Making sure that he wouldn't act out.

Vespera's carriage drew into a narrower part of the path.
"Wait. We're going the wrong way, aren't we?" she said.
She got up front and tried to turn the horses back, but then one of the wheels got stuck among roots. Vespera hopped out and tried pushing the wagon out of its tight spot, but considering two draft horses couldn't do it, she had no hope. Vespera cursed and began to gather up what remaining wares she could into her bag. She loaded up whatever else she was able on the horses and unhitched them from the carriage, then had them hooked together so neither would stray from her while she rode. Vespera climbed onto the back of the brown mare and pushed forwards into the forest.
