Andion chuckled and shook his head a little, “Yeah, let’s go.” He gave her hand a squeeze before leading them to the restaurant.

"Hm… I'm thinking eggs sound good today," Blaine mused as they sat down. "And maybe some ham…"

“I have no clue what I want… maybe something with bacon…” Andion sighed and picked up the menu.

"Oh, bacon sounds good, too," Blaine hummed, resting her elbows on the table and her chin in her hands.

Andion nodded and continued to scan the menu, frowning in concentration. This shouldn’t be as hard as it was.

Blaine hummed a bit as she waited for Andion to choose. She still had to figure out how to get away from him for a bit to buy the jacket, but she was sure she could do it.

“I think I’ll have a croissant with ham and cheese with some bacon. Yeah, that sounds good.” Andion finally said, “What about you?”

"Just eggs and bacon," Blaine told him with a smile, having been pulled from her thoughts.

"Okie dokie, I'll go order then." Andion grinned at her before heading inside.

Blaine smiled after him and went back to her thoughts. She could sneak away from him somehow. She would only need a few moments…

Andion came back a few minutes later and sighed, "What are you thinking about?"

"Just you," Blaine answered with a smirk. "Did they give a time for the food?"

"About ten to fifteen minutes." Andion replied, leaning back in the chair.

"Mm, good. So worth waiting for good food rather than having to eat the stuff back at the guild," Blaine chuckled.

Andion sighed and nodded, "Yup. I'm not eating that disgusting stuff."

Blaine feigned a shudder and bit back a laugh. "Oh, the horror."

Andion chuckled, "I wouldn't be surprised if that stuff came from another world."

(Probably going to head to bed soon, jsyk.)

"Neither would I. It's not natural. I mean, have you seen the way it sticks to the bowls?" Blaine questioned, making a face at the thought.

Andion nodded, “I had to eat it once… never did again.”

"Understandable," Blaine said, shaking her head slowly. "I'm sorry you had to go through that."

Andion waved a hand idly, “Don’t be sorry. It’s not your fault.” He said quietly.

"Well, you don't have to suffer that today. Today, we get real food," Blaine declared with a grin.

Andion nodded, “Yup, we have some proper, delicious food.”

"It's so much better," Blaine sighed with a grin.

Andion was about to say something else when the food arrived, the waiter quickly placing the plates down and hurrying off.

"Mm… And it smells much better, too," Blaine hummed when their food arrived. She picked up her fork and stared eating happily.

Andion chuckled, "Yup, that is correct." He said before biting into his own meal.

Blaine drifted into thought while she ate, wondering what Andion would do when she gave him the jacket. She hoped that he would be glad to get it. He had seemed to like it a lot, after all.

Andion glanced up at Blaine occasionally while he was eating. She seemed to be deep in thought and wondered what she was thinking about.

When she was almost finished with her food, Blaine blinked out of her thoughts and smiled at Andion. "Sorry, I guess I kind of spaced out…"
