Cameron grinned. “A fantastic idea.”

"Good. Let's clean up, then. And maybe… We could go on a walk?" Lilah suggested.

Cameron smiled and put his hand on her hand. “Great plan.”

Lilah smiled, turning her hand so she was holding is, and stood. "Should we bring the dogs? They'd probably enjoy it."

Cameron stood up. “Sure! And we can keep an eye on them.”

"Very true," Lilah agreed with a smile as she bent down to grab Lilac's bowl and leash.

Cameron grabbed Lily in a bear hug and squished the pup close. “You’re so cuuuuuute!”
Lily barked happily, wiggling and licking Cameron's face.

"Cam, you're gonna smush her!" Lilah laughed as she started toward the Jeep.

Cameron laughed and started to kiss Lily all over her little pup face. “She’s just so adorable!!”

Lilah chuckled, shaking her head. They reached the car, and she set the bowl inside.

"C'mon, set her stuff inside so we can walk."

Cameron set her leash and bowl into the car, beaming. “I love my Lily yes I do!” He cooed to thr pup, kissing her little nose.
Lily barked happily and licked his nose back.

"I would be very concerned about our relationship if she was a human," Lilah chuckled, shutting the door.

Cameron laughed at Lilah and nudged her. “You’re not jealous of a puppy, are you?”

"Not yet," Lilah teased, poking him in the side playfully.

Cameron chuckled and continued kissing Lily’s little face. “I love my Lily!”

Lilah rolled her eyes with a smile and checked on Lilac quickly. The dog had fallen asleep, her head on her forepaws.

"Lilac, c'mon, girl. Don't you want to go on a walk?" Lilah asked, causing the her pet's ears to perk up.

Cameron continued kissing the pup, who was absolutely enjoying the attention. She barked and wagged her tail, licking Cameron’s face happily.

"You too, Cam. Didn't you want to come?" Lilah asked with a light laugh as she watched him.

Cameron grinned at her. “Of course I want to come!”

"Then stop smothering Lily, and let's go," Lilah chuckled, tugging gently on his arm with her free hand.

“But Lily is so smotherable! Would you rather me smother you?” He grinned at her.

"I mean, not smother… But that's beside the point!" Lilah exclaimed, pulling on his arm again.

Cameron grasped her in a bear hug. “I think you mean smother.”

"Cameron!" Lilah laughed, squirming in his grip. "What about Lily? We're squishing her!"

“I put her down! Didn’t I?” He glanced down at Lily magically romping around on the ground, barking for Cameron’s attention.

(Lol. What fourth wall?)

"Oh… Then, okay!" Lilah giggled as she wrapped her arms around Cameron.

(xD I totally forgot to mention he set Lily down.)

Cameron squished her closer, peppering her face in gentle kisses.
“There. You can stop being jealous of my puppy, now.”

"I wasn't jealous!" Lilah laughed as Cameron kissed her.

Cameron rolled his eyes, giving her more placed and thoughtful kisses.
“Sure you weren’t.”

"I wasn't," Lilah insisted, her laughter turning to light giggles.
