Oridone: Taps shield I could shield myself ya know, or everyone if that's better. You were lowering and raising your shields a lot earlier, all I did was make sure andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) didn't set anyone but himself on fire.
Kilándrè: Sure. lowers shield
Axion laughs.
Axion: wait that was you doing that?
Oridone: Raises shield around everyone as she speaks Doing what? Who are you asking?
Axion looks uncertain.
Axion: Umm; making it so when fire happened only himself was on fire.
Oridone: Oh. I really just put a barrier around him, but then again I'm used to going against stronger opponents than an angry flamethrower of a dwarf. Ghost fire is harder to shield against as well as some other magics. Also illusion magic is handy for a lot of things.
Axion sighs.
Axion: That makes sense. Luckily this is just a bean burrito munchin, mead drinking dwarf we are dealing with.
As she said dwarf a very bright light appeared in the sky.
Oridone flicks her ear with a blank expression as she looks up
Oridone: Interesting descriptive you gave. Though it that's him I'd rather describe him as an alcoholic gassy meteorite.
Axion looks at Oridone confused.
Axion: Meteorite?
The light gets brighter and brighter as it approaches. A faint cackle can be heard.
Kilándrè: No genius. That's your flame-farting friend
Oridone: Yes. Meteorite. They break off of Meteors so their small, and it's hard to predict where they'll land or act as far as being harmful. Maybe they're called something else in your world, but I thought it was fitting for describing your friend.
Axion shrugs.
Axion: possibly.
The light is now very bright, and the unmistakable cackle of the dwarf can be heard.
Axion turns around: Oh dear.
Oridone: Kind of glad I put up a shield for everyone. Maybe I can do the barrier thing again once he lands though, uses less magic.
Axion snickers.
Axion: I have an idea.
She then opens a portal in front of andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) and he just disappears into her home world.
Axion: hopefully he just smashed straight into his leader’s face.
Axion collapses backwards.
Axion: oh boy. I am. Exhausted now.
Oridone sits down and stares at the edge of the barrier
Oridone: Silence Does anyone want to trade answers to questions…? I still don't feel like leaving quite yet.
Kilándrè: Sure. The Seer won't let me leave anyway
Oridone: Who answers first. My question I think will just be if you would say something about yourself I don't know. What question do you have?
Kilándrè: Who are you? No, really. Who are you?
Oridone: Looks taken aback before giving an unsure look Um… What do you mean by who I am? I am me. You are you. Uh- everyone is themselves, and they make up everyone. Laughs awkwardly
Kilándrè: half-smirk Of course…
Oridone: Uh- Yeah… Of course? Anyways, what's something about you that you haven't told us yet?
The Knave: Seemingly appears from nowhere, tilting head in a curious fashion
Intriguing, that I have stumbled upon this place
Oh well, no matter, this should be interesting
Charlotte: Ok then. New person. You are?
The Knave: Chuckles softly
I go by many names, though the ones like myself, call me 'The Knave'
Charlotte: very mysterious. So, Knave, where are you from?
The Knave: The race of creatures I come from tend to be mysterious, as we very rarely show ourselves, less we either feel a need to, or something intrigues us.
As for where I am from, a universe perhaps not so different from others, albeit the one I come from is full of extremely intelligent beasts and creatures, dragons being the main race, with others around and inbetween
Shifts a bit, holding staff
Though, we don't really have 'modern technology' as it is called. Though no need for such things when one has the ability to either raze an entire village to the ground with simply a flick of the wrist, harden scales or skin to be near impenetrable, and so on and so forth
Charlotte: arches an eyebrow sounds classy if a little unbalanced. Who does the power go to?
