(getting what right?)
After Alton had paid for his cafe, he opened his book on his way out, accidentally bumping into someone. Looking up, the someone had bright rouge hair and a tres enerve expression. "Desole," He muttered, stepping out of the way.
(cafe - coffee
rouge-red
tres enerve- very annoyed
desole-sorry)
(Really everything and anything XD)
The contact startled her, making her drop her journal. She quickly swept down to pick it up. She scoffed. "I don't speak..whatever language you are speaking." She stood back up and adjusted her sunglasses that sat on top of her head.
"It's French…but I speak English too. The French is often on impulse." Alton replied, taking a closer look at the girl. Her hair was bright red, rather startling against the woodsy aesthetic of the cafe.
"Uhuh." She stood there for a moment. It was obvious that he was staring, but she was still unsure as to what- there wereany strange things about her. "Is there a problem?" She couldn't necessarily move because he stood in her way.
"No. Sorry." He stepped out the door, heading back towards the library.
She shook her head and rolled her eyes as he walked off. If you stayed- She stopped herself. No. Her day continued as she put one foot in front if the other, heading for the library, unaware that the guy from before was headed there as well.
It wasn't long before Alton was back in his favorite chair, reading his favorite book, his cafe still warm.
Red walked into the library needing to double check the atlas one last time. Since it was a reference book, she couldn't check it out, but she didn't want to buy one. She sat down with it at a table. Little did she know that the shelf in front of her was the only thing between her and the person she unintentionally followed here.
"Mon Dieu…" Alton murmured, engrossed in the book.
(mon dieu: my god)
She snapped up, hearing the faint voice. What the heck is he doing here?! She recognized the voice now along wuth the language spoken. She stood up, deciding she'd sneak off before she's seen. Unfortunately, the only way was to pass directly in front of him. Shoot. She wasn't sure what made it such a big deal. That is, besides the fact that sue was a jerk to him. She was normally fine with it because she knew that she'd never see them again, but here she was
Alton finished the last paragraph of the book and snapped it shut, standing.
Red carefully stood amd began to walk around the shelf, unsure of how to get past him, just that she needed to. She tucked the atlas under her arm as she rounded the corner.
Again, Alton collided with the stranger. He looked up, stammering.
"Desole…I-I mean, sorry. Sorry." He looked down, embarrassed.
“FINALLY someone who understands!!!!!!” Moira is super excited
Lilith smiled brightly, "I like the fall aesthetic" she said, brushing another stray lock of hair behind her ear
“Dont we all? But lets agree: pumpkins taste nasty” moira says
"Yes, but do you like pumpkin pie?" she asked, a smile still on her face
Again, Alton collided with the stranger. He looked up, stammering.
"Desole…I-I mean, sorry. Sorry." He looked down, embarrassed.
"You again?!" As if she didn't know he was there. Idiot. You didn't try hard enough. She looked down to the floor, scoffing. Her journal lay there again, papers spread out across the floor. She immediately got down and began to pick them up.
Moira makes a very dramatic face. “Of course not! I’m not insane”
"I'm so sorry…tres…" Alton apologized, leaning down to help her pick up the papers.
(tres: very)
She saw his hand reach for her papers and immediately smacked them away. "Hey! I got it!" (She's such a Meanie)
(Yeah…lol)
Alton drew his hand back. “I’m sorry…I was just trying to help…”
"Who said I needed it?" She quickly gathered all the papers, placing them back in the journal. She stood, pushing her sunglasses further up in her hair.
"No one…I'm truly sorry." Alton shifted uncomfortably.
(so how do they get together)
(hmm see that's interesting I don't know cause I don't know hmm any ideas???)
(hmm…Hmm…HMM… Well Red's a jerk and the only way she'll trust is when someone stays with her, even when she's vulnerable. So, maybe one night her mom kicks her out for the weekend cause she has some friends coming over and she's just like yeet idk)
(sure that works…ur turn)
Just as Red is going to walk off, her phone rings. She pulls it out and looks at the screen. Alicia.
"What did you need, Mom?" She turns away thinking the guy will walk off.
"I need you not to come home this weekend."
"Mom-"
"Red." Her voice is firm and unmoving, even with the slight static.
She sighd heavily. "Where am I supposed to go?"
"I don't know nor care. Find somewhere like you always do."
With that, the call ended leaving Red to figure out where to go next.
Moira makes a very dramatic face. “Of course not! I’m not insane”
Her laugh became brighter, "I totally get it!" she replied, clutching her stomach
"I can take you to him." He likes visitors." Zerin offered.
“Oh, yay!” Rain nodded.
“But.. Animals tend not to like me..” Rain smiled shyly and sipped her coffee.

Alton noticed the girl standing, her face suddenly molded into that of loss and confusion. He knew the girl didn't seem to like him, but she looked like she needed help.
"Is everything alright?" He asked cautiously.
