Karis reapers a few minutes later, looking tired. "I got some information." He says before slumping into a chair, this run had taken a lot out of him.

Azora began cutting the bags open and pouring them into the tub before filling it with cold water. "So I'm telling you now that I will probably fight you. See even though I know it's not going to kill me, my body is still going to perceive that it's dyeing and will react accordingly."

Fiona nodded "Ok, so i just have to hold down a person that thinks they are dying, nice." Fiona watched as Azora filled the tub with water and stood off to the side.

"Like . . . " Parker searched for the word. "Sparring?" She considered it. "Well, I'm not the best at hand-to-hand stuff. I mostly specialize in long-range weaponry or just healing. Though now that I think about it, it'd be smart to practice that kind of stuff. It's my first mission too, and you're right, it's good to be prepared." She stood up. "Shall we?"

MJ grabbed Parker by the arm and yeeted them both outside (sorry not sorry) (but the mental image was too good). She held her stick from earlier at the ready, sliding into an offensive position. "So when should we start?"
( See: "It's okay, I got your back!" MJ chimed in. "Fire magic. I have this-" she waved a small metal stick slightly longer than the length of her hand in the air. "As my badass weapon." She looked around, as if daring anyone to argue.)

Fiona nodded "Ok, so i just have to hold down a person that thinks they are dying, nice." Fiona watched as Azora filled the tub with water and stood off to the side.

"Not think," Azora sighed, "You… you really are killing me, but I'll come back, it's one of the few good things I ever got from my father. The ability to cheat death."

Parker stumbled at the sudden change of location. She regained her balance and looked up to see MJ's stick pointed at her. "Now, I suppose?" She shed her dark green coat and scarf so she was in her boots, black pants, and black shirt. "But as I said I'm not the best at this, just warning you."

"Hey, from experience, most people who say that they aren't good at things tend out to be fucking experts at-" Without warning, MJ charged at Parker, the tip of her metal stick lighting on fire.

Fiona nodded "Ok, so i just have to hold down a person that thinks they are dying, nice." Fiona watched as Azora filled the tub with water and stood off to the side.

"Not think," Azora sighed, "You… you really are killing me, but I'll come back, it's one of the few good things I ever got from my father. The ability to cheat death."

"oh….that's nice…um, yeah…..ok." Fiona looked at Azora and then looked at the bathtub full of Ice and water.

Parker brought her right foot back and turned so she was facing MJ's stick as it came at her. Her hand shot out and she grabbed the part of the stick that wasn't on fire and tugged it forward suddenly.

MJ, caught offguard, swayed forward. Just then, her stick shortened in length to a centimeter or so, and she jumped back. "I knew you were good at this!" The stick suddenly shot up into the air, and MJ grabbed the end, leaning backwards as she clung to the stick so that it bent towards the other side of the backyard. Jumping off, the stick shortened, once again, to a foot-long ruler.

"Don't feel bad about it," Azora noticed Fiona's discomfort, "Of all the ways I 'Passed on' drowning is one of the better ways. Having demon blood and death magic makes for unique opportunities for walking on the other side. I won't get any static this way like other people who commune with the dead."

"Ok, when are we going to start? I kinda want to get this over with.." Fiona gave her a fake smile and walked over to the bathtub.

MJ, caught offguard, swayed forward. Just then, her stick shortened in length to a centimeter or so, and she jumped back. "I knew you were good at this!" The stick suddenly shot up into the air, and MJ grabbed the end, leaning backwards as she clung to the stick so that it bent towards the other side of the backyard. Jumping off, the stick shortened, once again, to a foot-long ruler.

"Technically," Parker said, unable to keep a small smirk off her face, "I never said I was bad. I just said I wasn't the best. Which is true." She put one foot slightly forward, waiting. She wasn't a terrible fighter, but she was definitely better at defense than offense.

Azora started to empty her pockets and unlacing her boots. She took a tube of red lipstick the the pile of things and used to to draw two symbols on her hands. "Well I guess if you're ready." She slipped in to the freezing water.

"Alright, run me through what i'm supposed to do." Fiona rolled up her sleeves and walked over to Azora.

"Technically," Parker said, unable to keep a small smirk off her face, "I never said I was bad. I just said I wasn't the best. Which is true." She put one foot slightly forward, waiting. She wasn't a terrible fighter, but she was definitely better at defense than offense.

"Nice try, but that's not going to protect you from my attack!" MJ said, launching a ball of fire at Parker.

Parker almost froze but dropped to the ground at the last minute, flinging her head back. The fireball whizzed past her and singed the side of her face. Parker hissed and turned to glare at MJ. The grass and weeds around MJ's legs had slowly started to grow up around her and on her legs while she was talking. It had reached her knees and her thighs and had started to pull her to the ground.

"Well you hold me down under the water until i've stoped breathing and your certain you've killed me. Depending on the type of person you are you'll feel either a rush of excitement or you'll feel a deep dark pit in your stomach when you've realized what you've done." Azora mumbled out, "In the most part drowning someone is easy as long as you have the leverage and strength to do it. Normally when girls try to drown someone it's easy to hold them down if they are on top of them pining bother arms and legs, but you have water magic so i don't think it much matters this time."

Fiona nodded "alrighty, let's get this done shall we?" she stood at the edge of the tub and waited for Azora to tell her to go.

No need to make this harder on the girl, Azora thought to her self, breath in breath out breath in breath out. The moment Azora emptied her lungs she dunked her head under and held there. The salt stung her eyes and she could feel cold burrowing in to her bones.

Fiona pressed the water on top of Azora with her power, and tried her best to keep her down with just the water.

Azora could feel pressure on the water. It was about a minute before she started to become desperate for breath. Azora began to thrash under the water as the clock ticked down and she kept running out of air she began to lose her composure as the glamor fell away.

Fiona looked away when Azora started to drown and pressed the water down in her harder. The quicker the better Fiona thought to herself and refused to look at Azora.

"Ooh, plant magic. Nice," MJ commented, sinking to her knees. Her hand lit up with a ball of fire, and she singed the grass around her before hopping back onto her stick, which had elongated again.

"There's more where that came from," Parker muttered and summoned a yellow cloud of gas. She threw it at MJ and the cloud enveloped her.

Fiona looked away when Azora started to drown and pressed the water down in her harder. The quicker the better Fiona thought to herself and refused to look at Azora.

Azora drowned. The darkness crept in and her body went slack.

She sat up and in the tub gasping for air. She started looking around the black and white world of the void.

Fiona saw Azora's body go limp and released the water, letting it wash over Azora normally. Fiona didn't know what to do so she grabbed a chair and sat in the bathroom and started reading a book she had, waiting for Azora to come back to like.

"There's more where that came from," Parker muttered and summoned a yellow cloud of gas. She threw it at MJ and the cloud enveloped her.

MJ coughed, feeling suddenly sleepy (was that the gas' purpose?). "What… is that stuff…" She began to fall off the stick, rushing towards the ground. Suddenly, a giant ball of flame enveloped her head, and she turned around to face Parker, her teeth illuminated against her blazing skull. "Nice! But I was right in thinking that it was flammable." (it is, right? if not, i can just change this. i'm assuming it's like pollen?)
