Eden slung an arm around Luke's shoulder. "Sure. Drop by my apartment tomorrow and I can show you how to use some power tools. Maybe we can go to dinner afterward?" Eden had been majorly crushing on Luke for, oh, 5 years now. It was getting kind of ridiculous.
Luke smiled " I don't-" He cut himself off. " ok." Luke dragged himself into the living room and slumped onto the couch.
Eden let out a little whoop of happiness, plopping down on the couch beside Luke. "Do you have any good monster movies? Or popcorn?"
Luke pointed to the cabinet in the kitchen. " Ummmm I mean i have, annabell, chucky, Jeepers creepers, the adams family, and slenderman, and also, Nightmare on elm street, and godzilla.
Luke laid his head on Edens chest. " You can stay here for a while."
"Oh, tough choices." Eden stared at the cabinet, mentally doing eeny-meeny-miny-moe before he lost track of all the options. "What do you think is scariest? I need to be thoroughly freaked out before I head home."
Luke tilted his head back and walked to hos cabinet of cd's and pulled out candyman the movie. How bout this.

"Sounds scary! That was an urban legend, right? Some scray hook guy who goes around murdering teens?" Eden asked, snatching the movie from Luke and putting it in the DVD player. He took a few minutes to get the movie running before plopping back down on the couch. "Sit next to me so I can cuddle you if you get scared!"

Luke tenses and lays his head on Edens chest closing his eyyes. " If i fall asleep sorry" luke puts one hand under a leg and the other on Edens leg. " Yeah i guess he is but hopefully he stsys away from us. i got my very sweaty bodyguard. Lukw said laugh
Eden chuckled quietly. "If you fall asleep the movie isn't doing its job," He murmured, hoping he wouldn't distract from the movie's opening scenes. He played with Luke's hair gently as he began to get engrossed in the film.
(oh, I really wanna watch it now. I hope it's on Hulu)
Luke fell asleep on Edens dirty sweaty shirt and was soon drooling while he was sleeping. and a doorbell rung.
Eden groaned, debating between shaking Luke awake and forcing him to open it or being a good friend and getting the door. He went for the second option, pausing the movie and opening the door. He braced one arm against the doorframe as he took in the person standing outside.
Luke startled awake as he looked at the door and the person spoke.
" Hey is Luke here?" A female voice asked
Eden shrugged, not sure if he should trust the weird lady at the door. "Why do you want to know?" He asked, feeling a bit more suspicious than he should have. He blamed it on watching a pretty freaky horror movie.
Luke smiled " Its my sister babe." Luke fowardered her in as she walked to the couch and the lady spoke. " Is this your knew boyyfriend? And mt names Amelia."
Eden blushed at the implication, spreading himself out on the couch next to Luke. "Nah, I'm just his bestest friend in the whole world." He threw himself into Luke's lap. "Isn't that right, Love?"
Luke blushed holding him tight. " YEP I am his GBFF Which is his gay best friend forever." Luke pulled Eden against his chest. " So sis did you and Kyle work out wedding arrangments?" as she responded with " Yea thats actuslly what i came to talk about. its this friday.z'
Eden smiled up at Luke, cuddling into his chest and letting the words wash over him. "How come you never told me you had a sister Luke?" He asked crankily, adding "Congratulations, by the way," When he processed the bit about marriage.
Luke frowned " Cause you fixed my house and left you never asked to come in and or talk to me. I gave you glasses of water that is the most conversation we got." Luke frowned pulling him closer. " Im sorry but we never talked or interacted. But now that your close i don't want you to go.
Eden sighed, practically melting into Luke's arms. "Don't lie, I have come to your house in the middle of the night at least three times this month!" His tone was teasing, but Luke's unhappiness made Eden sad too. Luke deserved to be happy. "Besides, I'm not letting you go either."
Lukefrowmed eyes teared up. " Yeah well!" He pulled his shirt off as he walked in the kitchen getting his phone. " when you did i ignored you i was busy either kissing Nate or falling asleep on him. And now im doing that on you."
Eden muttered curses to himself, hopping off the couch and following Luke into the kitchen. Of course, he screwed everything up. When had he not been a walking disaster? "Yeah, well Nate's an asshole. And… and he's not here now, and we're talking." He put a hand on Luke's wrist as gently as he could, trying to steer him back to the living room. "So let's talk. Tell me about yourself."
Luke jerked away. " No." Luke got evil in his eyes like somepossesion came over him." I don't want to and im not going to. Me and my sister are gonna go out for lunch and well your gonna finish what you came here for. To fix my shingles ans shutters." Luke got snappy. "I will give you the money when your done." He said walking to the door with his sister.
Eden sighed. At least he'd gotten some good bandages out of this whole mess, he thought, rolling his shoulder and grabbing a hammer and some nails. Not like a nice kid like Luke would ever want someone like him anyways. He got to work on the shutters, tearing them down with just a bit more force than was necessary.
Luke watched him through the car windows as him and his sister talked. " Well Luke do you like Him?"
" I mean iguess hes cute hes nice but he likes to start drama and fight. Like that in there he likes to act like Nothing ever happened and i just want a normal relationship with someone normal!" Luke snapped
" Well not everyones gonna be the same and be like that Luke and you gotta understand that. Hes a nice guy and every relationship has a lot of fights. You really think me and Kyle didn'tfight alot?!" Amelia said.
"Well i guess i can give him a shot. wanna double date sunday i have a conversation to get to." Luke walked to Eden and looked at his shirt. " Well im gonna have to give ou clean cloths aren't I? And your going to take a shower." Luke said this time calm and waiting for an answer.
Eden didn't mean to squeak in surprise, but he did. And he dropped his hammer on his foot. And may have cussed a bit more liberally than he had in- well in less time than he was proud of. But that was all okay because Luke was back. And he was talking about getting Eden cleaned up which was a nice sentiment that required a bit more nakedness than Eden was comfortable with. "Uh, can I ask why?"
Because your dirty. And your giving yourself a shower. Towels are in the second cabinet on the right in the bathroom. and i will turn the movie back on and make dinner and get some frinks and snacks ok?
( Wow you really thought i was gonna make my charecter take a shower with yous?!)
(No, Eden's pretty insecure though. He doesn't know the house and he doesn't want to be clothes-less here.)
Eden bit his lip, walking cautiously back inside. "Do I have to? I mean I know I'm sweaty but I'm not that sweaty. Besides, I don't have any clothes here." He pulled on his admittedly pretty gross shirt with some insecurity. He liked this shirt. Rather, he liked the idea of staying in his clothes and not changing.
" Yes you do. I will get some clothes hold on." Luke walked to his room and pulled out a bigger pair of sweats and a bigger tanktop. " Well if you want you can where the same underwear because i don't know if you'll feel comfortable with mine. so heres the clothes." He handed him the clothes.
