Literally last month I had my period twice abnormally and the second one hurt worse than the first despite bleeding less.

Just gonna recommend this to all you ladies here: Use peppermint essential oil along the area of pain and it should feel a bit better with ibuprofen along with it

my mom bought this little bottle of it and it both smelled nice and felt better after a bit

PERIOD'S FREAKING SUCK MATE!
Getting first period's late in life runs in the family so I'm due for only my 3rd one ever and I'm just dreading it cause BLEH THEY'RE SO ANNOYING

Like honestly I don't think men truly understand. IT IS SO MUCH BLOOD. When I got my first period if I hadn't know what was going on I probably would have called an ambulance because I thought I was going to die from bleeding out.
