Neat.
Thanks. Your character is neat too.
Should we start?
I don't see why not.
Alright, setting?
Don't care. You wanna chose?
How about we start in a café or gym.
That's cool. What about a gym with a café inside of it?
Yup.
(Great!)
Yang was bench pressing dumbells at the moment. The gym-café was silent at this hour. The silence was bothersome.
Sylar started to slow his run to a job upon reaching the café. He peered through the window to see the place all but empty. Upon entry, he found the place gone rather silent.
"Better get on with my weight training." He lowkey monologued, walking to the nearest bench and stacking a few 45 lb weights on.each side.
"Hello!', Yang called out, her voice rather strained. "Rather quiet here!"
"Yeah."
Sylar chuckled. He put two kettle bells on the end for extra weight, before reaching into his left sleeve. Something yellow fell out, and hot the rubber padded floor with a thud. Again he reached into his right sleeve, and another yellow thing came crashing down.
Yang was momentarily startled by the thud. She fought to keep her grip on the weights. "What was that?", she called, not bothering to look.
"My wristweights." Sylar called, undoing the weights on his ankles, which made a smaller, quieter thud, being closer to the ground and all. He put all four weights on the bar, snapping them into place.
"Next time you drop weights on the floor, do be sure to warn me!" She adjusted her grip on the dumbells.
"Sure." Sylar said. "I didn't think they'd make that much noise." He got under the bench.
"It's alright." Yang finished her set and rotated to bicep curls. "Are you a night dweller too?"
"Damn straight." Sylar said, lowering the bar to his chest and hoisting it back up miraculously the bench held up with ease. He continued his set, looking out the window as lazy puffs of fog drifted by.
"Me too. Nice to talk to someone. I love the night, but it gets lonely."
"Alright." Sylar called, finishing up his set. "I've never been lonely in the dark."
"No? What keeps you company then?", Yang asked. "…If you don't mind me asking."
"The darkness itself." Sylar replied, starting another set.
"Cool. So your like… not a people person?" Yang wrapped up her slightly unaligned wrists before starting a set of pushups.
"Not really, no." Sylar said, mid set.
