There's like, two kingdoms or something who are rivals and don't like each other almost at war (Yet they aren't..yet.) But like, one of the royalty or very well known nobles or something sneak across the border because they got mad or something and get caught by the other person

I always end up with something medieval, we can do something modern too if you want

Personality: She's very stubborn, yet quiet. Willow is rather impulsive and doesn't think of her own actions before hand.
Appearance: Willow has dark brunette hair falling straight down her back, ending just above her waist line, though it is usually tied up with loose ribbons in a braid falling over her shoulder. She stands at 5'6 with a small frame, and is rather flat chested. Very frail and probably can't hit someone very hard even if she wanted to. Her eyes are green and she has a small amount of freckles and a button nose. Her skin tone is rather pale, her cheeks naturally pink.
Other: Her parents are very strict and likes to test the thin ice quite often, and will do that with about anyone she meets.

Willow marched along the trail, her fists clenched as she closed her eyes. She really wasn't paying attention to wear she was going.
"Willow don't do this, Willow don't go there, Willow will you listen to us? Willow this, Willow that, ugh!" Being alone and away from her kingdom, she spoke to herself.
"Why don't they understand I'm my own person? They are never right about anything I do!" She sighed, remembering the argument she was in with her parents about an hour before. She had snuck out of the castle and off to the ocean on the far side of the border. What could've gone wrong with that!?
Walking angrily in silence, she let her fists uncurl as she approached the border to the other kingdoms territory.
Might as well add the fire, right? Not like she would run into anybody or anything. Just to make sure no guards or anything were around, she looked around the area, stepping across the tree line.
Now she was in their lands, but not by much. But she kept walking, confident she could turn around whenever she wanted and have no one know she was there until she told dear Mom and Dad.

Isaac sat in his throne, overlooking a group of angry men and women who had come to his court to yell at him. Oh, how he hated these forums. So many useless or unsolvable problems. He cared about them of course but it made him feel guilty and annoyed after hearing so many problems he could do nothing about. He propped his arm up on the armrest and leaned his head on his hand.
