A Con would be a great idea… just it would be very hard to get to it… but there could be like irl writing comps and you could share writing tips, fangirl over things and just socialize in general. It's a beautiful idea but it would be very hard to set up. But yeah, a Notebook Con is a great thing to imagine! It'd be awkward but you can fill the void that is awkwardness with shanagains and writing activities.
