Ok, so I was thinking about this idea as a roleplay for a month and then I saw @Pepper roleplay and it reminded me of it. If you want you can join theirs but mine is a bit different.
Some teenagers wake up on their 18th birthday and find out which powers they are going to live with. They are sent to a building where they will train and learn to control their powers and eventually use them. Each person a different power from the other and they need to learn to coexist. I will allow shipping between the teens, it's actually encouraged and, well, this is it.

Name: Zella Chao

Appearance(no links, describe): Long, straight, shiny coffee brown hair, mocha colored skin, dark brown almond shaped eyes, rosebud lips, small-ish nose, and slight build. Her hands are strong and calloused from playing the guitar (which she likes to do) with long graceful fingers. She is short, standing at about 5' 3", and always wears combat boots. She has a few freckles on her face and shoulders.
Personality: Zella is pretty chill and down to earth most of the time, but she can be incredibly headstrong in making decisions. She was surprised she got earth as she doesn't exactly have a green thumb, and has a bit of a temper sometimes. She is very sarcastic and witty and has a dry sense of humor. She constantly is in her own head and overthinks things. She is messy and a bit scatterbrained at times but also very loyal and affectionate. Zella is good at making friends and tends to finish what she starts (usually) though sometimes she can be distracted by something newer and more interesting. She loves music and sometimes hums for no reason without really realizing it, which can annoy people.
Background: Zella is the youngest of a large family, most of whom turned out to control the element of fire. She is the only one in her family who has earth powers. Some of her siblings don't have powers at all, which her parents don't really mind as they are very loving and supporting. However, Zella's siblings with powers can be bullies and broke off from the family, with the exception of Zella's closest sister, who she still keeps in touch with. Zella has always been the runt of the litter and has been teased a lot both by her siblings and others. She is insecure because of that and doesn't think that she'll even have a power.

Personality: Jessica is kind-hearted but will destroy you if you lay a finger on someone she loves she is very sarcastic and loves teasing people
Background: Jessica's family are all normal they don't have powers at all. Jessica's parents are disappointed in Jessica and want nothing to do with her

Appearance(no links, describe): Storm-grey eyes and pale skin that hardly tans, dyed fluffy white hair with silver streaks. He wears a large, light-grey hoodie to hide his wings, jeans, and beat-up black sneakers.
Personality: He's kind, loyal, helpful, emotional, impulsive, tries to be funny to hide his depression, a bit too innocent for his age, and will try to mediate between two friends if they fight.
Background: He doesn't like sharing his history or background with anyone unless he's completely unstable. He's scared shitless of his older sister (he calls her "Mania") because she has tried to kill him several times. His parents encouraged her behavior, telling him to toughen up or die. So finally, he ran away and lived on the streets until his 18th birthday when he could finally go into the facility.
Other: He will absolutely, under no circumstances, fight back if someone hits him. If someone does hit him, he thinks he deserves it and takes it as a form of punishment. He will also use himself as a shield to protect his friends if need be.
