So I went to talk to my friends bf (Seb) to see if he could find out about why my friend wasn’t talking to me and he asked I I had a reason and I said idk but there might be a reason (self harm) and he doesn’t know I’ve cut recently. When he asked what the reasons s i said don’t worry about it and now is he’s going to try and find out and help.

I’m already seeing a psychologist (not for much longer since it’s only a ten session thing) but I don’t know how to tell her and I’m freaking out quietly in class. I wanna go home, I don’t want to do this anymore

Last time this happen, my friend when to Aidan and told him. He then said he was going to tell his mum so she could tell mine even though my friend told him not too (don’t know if I believe that) I ended up telling her but this was months ago.
