"But it's cleaner when you hit the eye!" He protested.
"But it's cleaner when you hit the eye!" He protested.
“sO? WE HAVE TO GET FOOD SOMEHOW!”
"YES BUT I'D PREFER IT IF I DIDN'T MAUL THE MEAT!"
“wHO GIVES A DAN MEAT’S MEAT!”
"I DON'T WANNA EAT IT IF IT'S ALL MANGLED!"
“IT’S NOT MANGLED!”
"LOOK AT ALL THAT UNNECESSARY BLOOD!"
“It’s not unnecessary! We can just pick it up!”

“It’s not unnecessary! We can just pick it up!”
Quill facepalmed. "Fine. I'm done. Let's just share this and get it over with."
Juli picked up the carcass and her blade. "Precisely. Back to the cottage!"
"Oh joy!" Quill rolled his eyes, smiling a bit. "That cottage smells ."
"No it doesn't!" Juli started defensively. "It's home and it's mine."
"Yes. And it smells…like your mum."
"Because it was her's! She doesn't have a bad musk."
Quill sighed. "Whatever. Let's just get this back."
Juli rolled her eyes. “You’re acting like you wouldn’t be homeless without me.”
"Sometimes being a loner would be better than your smelly house!" He shot back.
“If you wanna drone around without a bed or shoes on your feet, then leave!” Juli snapped back, not being subdued.
Quill rolled his eyes. "You can't do that we're on a job."
“You?” Juli asked angrily, pausing. “What makes you think I would leave my house!?”
"No I mean you can't start any unbridled arguments while were on this job. It's in the contract."
Juli glared at him angrily, moving her mouth but not making any noise. The expression on her face clearly suggested she’d love to say what was going through her head for the exchange of the termination of her contract. She contented herself with a faint growling noise and stalked away from him, slightly more up the path to her home.
Quill smirked a bit, feeling sorry deep down, and followed her. He cleared his throat.
"Sorry."
(Also that little bit is probably the best thing i wrote from yesterday)
Juli tossed her head irritably, dragging a dead deer carcus easily. Perhaps it’s not the time to talk to her.
Quill sighed and followed, sulking about his own wrongdoing.
Juli lead the way in angry silence, to her home. She pushed open the door, slapped the carcus onto the table, turned heel, then stalked into her room and slamming the door shut.
