I could use some critique on these characters. I would love to know how I could improve them!

For the main villain, you could go into detail more about mannerism and fighting style. you could go into The motivations for each character a bit more as well
other than that you're off to a great start.

@Angel Thank you! I'm still writing the story they are from so I just wanted some general reasons before I go into bigger detail!
