Lexi walked up to the entrance of the gym. She had been going there every other day, but for the past few weeks, her studies kept her up and leaving no time for workouts. It wasn't like your ordinary gym where you could just use a treadmill or dumbbells. It was one where she trained her powers and made sure they weren't getting out of control. Her mother insisted she went, so she did. This was her fourth year here and she knew the other people and employees fairly well.

She saw Val -or she thought she did because really, all she saw was red and gold- running laps. Lexi was not quite to her speed but could move pretty fast. "Hey, how are you doing Val?" She decided to make some conversation, while she waited for the others to finish with the targets.

In the corner was Asher, shooting dummy's with his pistol. He hummed under his breath to the song that is playing in his headphones. The faint sound of Ba ba black sheep have you any soul? No Sir, by the way what the heck are morals?

Luke stood in the corner Training his agiltity powers to get stronger. As he watched others train their powers.

While everyone was doing their thing, a portal appeared. Everyone stopped and stared at it. Val, being the risk taker she was, ran right into it.

A portal appeared, and everyone stared. It was different to the portals Ima made. Suddenly, a blur of gold and red shot through and ran into a wall. The blur was revealed to be a dark skinned girl. "Ow," The girl groaned from the floor.

"i suppose we should go after her." Asher mutters and walks through the portal, getting a more graceful landing.

Ima sat up and stared at the girl. She glanced at the others and then the portal, "I would like to make it clear that was not me. I wonder if it's a two way portal?"

Gena jolted, her patterns shattering and falling away. She frowned and approached the portal, her eyes turning slightly red. She headed over to the girl who'd come through. "Who are you?"

Val didn't say anything. Instead, she just groaned.

"Who are you?" Gena repeated firmly.

"Give me a minute. Running into a wall hurts more than you think," Val groaned.

Asher walked out of the portal and into the new room. "This is strange. Dimensional magic perhaps" he mutters, looking around.

Ima got up and walked closer to the portal, "It's not a wall."

Gena stayed firm. What would Mom do? What would Mom do?

(no she ran into an actual wall)
Val saw Asher. "Oh, hey Ash," She said a little woozily.

(Oh lol.)

Ima studied the newcomers, "I want to run through the portal and see where it takes me. Can I do that? It might be a one way. Did either of you make this?"

Gena kept one of her hands aimed at the girl, and the other at the portal and the boy who came through it. "Who are you?"

"I did not. Hey Val" he acknowledged her "It appeared in our gym"

"Nope. But I don't suggest running through it."
Jazzy watched from her hammock, then climbed down the walls.

Gena tried to stay calm. Her fingers twitched.

Ima sighed as she walked towards the boy, "So neither of you created this. And I suppose neither of you know who did. Because I want to learn how to make this. It's nothing like I've seen."

Jazzy started walking towards the girl, of who's name she still did not know.

Lexi saw Asher and Val going through the portal so she decided to join them. She just walked through it and felt really weird in her head. Out of nowhere she was seeing more people that she had never seen before. "Um… where did this take me?"
