Axly looks down at her and scoffs. She's kinda cute. He snaps back. Like a blobfish! Which wasn't true, he just couldn't think about love. Only himself. He looks back out to the sky, stars beginning to show up and crosses his arms over his chest.
Aim kept her eyes open, having no intent on sleeping around this dude. She curls her legs close to her body and holds them. Her sniper digs into her shoulder but she doesnt bother to remove it since she might need it at anytime. (She'll realize her feelings later… Maybe after a fight scene? And your character saves her or something? I dunno. Just an idea)
(ooooOoOoOOoOoOOoOoO Yas)
The night set in along with a slight chill. He put his hands in his jacket and walked a little away from her, sitting down still watching the sky and listening for the grunt of the dead.
(It's just an idea. We dont have to)
Aim's eyes flicker in the moonlight but not very noticeable unless you look straight at her. She hated being near this guy. She didn't trust him at all. She was waiting to hea his footsteps on the rungs of the fireescape ladder.
Axl sat a little ways away. It was getting dark, and with no humans to keep up with electricity, it was pitch black. Except for the stars. He leaned back and stared at them. How do they seem to shine brighter in the midst of the world ending? Before the virus spread, he would take his sister stargazing almost every night. She loved the stars. And he loved to see the look on her face as the stars lit up the sky. He sighed ever so slightly.
Aim, despite of herself, could feel her eyelid dropping. She shakes her head slightl to stay awake the best she could
Axl saw her shake her head and laughed to himself. She really doesn't trust me, does she? He scoffs. I wouldn't either. Yet, he stayed quiet so she could sleep. However harsh he was, he still had that element of concern in his heart somewhere.
Aim rests her head down. Her eyes close, defying all her efforts and falls asleep. (Time skip? Or do you want to do the part where they switch watches?)
(Nah let's say he's a good enough person to let her sleep the whole night :P, time skip to morning!!!)
The sun had just begin to rise, purples and pinks painting the sky. Axl hadn't woken her up. Partially because he felt that she would need the sleep, partially because he didn't want to face the nightmares that awaited him.
(He's so nice lol)
Aim was drooling slightly on her arm. Her hair was a mess around her head. (So basically like Anna from Frozen)She snorts slightly and wakes up. She sits up and rubs her eyes like a child, "Huh? My turn? Move it, Spot." She mutters, still half asleep as she stands.
(XD)
Axl laughs softly. "It's morning, open your eyes." Even when she was a mess, she was fierce. Not that he wasn't a mess. There were probably dark bags under his eyes.
"Huh?" Aim opens her eyes and rubs them again, hissing at the light, " I TOLD YOU TO WAKE ME UP AT 12!"
Axl stood up. "That sucks. You got entire night of sleep, no zombies attacking you, I apologize." His voice was thick with sarcasm.
She raises her fist to punch him but drops it. She curses and readjusts her sniper on her shoulder, "Whatever. Let's just go. We have a long way today."
"Feisty," he mutters under his breath. He years towards the ladder. "Let's go."
"Down there?" She scoffs, "You dont have any weapons."
He turned around, eyebrows raised. "But don't you?" He called on her bluff from earlier. He had his gun with him, hidden in his leather jacket, but every inch of him wanted to be as cold as possible to her, no truths to bear warmth.
Aim opens her mouth to retort, closed it with a snarl, "Why dont you just jump off the ladder and die." She growls. She takes the sniper from her shoulder and opens the bullet case. Nothing came out. (She wont keep hating him for long promise)
(XD)
"Hmm." He laughed a little noticing her lack of ammo. "I'll do that while you die alone. On a rooftop. Starving." He walked to the ladder, not jumping off, but climbing down pulling his gun out.
Aim watches him then goes down as well. She climbs down to the second to last ladder before pausing at the sigh of six zombies.
Axl pulls out his gun as he made it to the ground. They started towards him, their feet dragging on the ground behind them. He shot the closest one to him, only about five feet away, straight in the forehead. It fell to the ground with a sickening sound. He continued to shoot two others and yelled up to her. "And I'm the one 'without a weapon?'" He smirked as he pulled the trigger to shoot at the others only to find his gun was empty. His smirk faded. Shoot. There was a pack in his jacket. He reached for it, allowing them to make their way towards him. He slowly backed up as he scrambled to get some out. He quickly loaded the gun, the zombies only a few feet away. His finger was pressed against the trigger as he aimed. Bang bang bang! They all fall down. A sense of relief washes over him as he leans up against the wall.
(Woah… That's a lot)
"WATCH OUT!" Aim had noticed one more and she launches off the ladder. She crashes into it, smashing it's head in with her boot til it stopped moving.
(lol Sorry here I'll make up for it XD)
"Daannngg…" He watched as she bashed it's head in.
She stands straight, "What was that?! Weren't you supposed to be killing them all?" She didnt miss what he said but decided not to say anything
"Pardon me, I ran out of bullets while I was making up for your complete lack of weaponry!" She doesn't need it though. He pushed the thought out. He began to walk out of the alleyway, stepping over the corpses.
Aim follows after him silently but her mind was going wild with the things she wanted to say to this guy.
Axl turned the corner. It was a main street. Zombies scattered the road, but he didn't worry too much. Being stuck in an alleyway was bad, but in the middle of a big street, unless there was a huge mass of them, it was fine to pass through. "Alright, this way."
Aim snarls at his back but follows, jogging to the guys side slightly away. She didnt want anything to do with him. Really all he had done was let her sleep that night. She had to save his ass more than once.
Axl kept his gun in his hand, just in case some zombie sprung in their faces.
(Hey, I have of the ideas. What if we time skip to the end of the town and it's like night and there this huge battle but on the way there they've been bantering and he's like "oooh she's strong" and whatnot Just an idea)
(Uh… Ok! It took me a few times to read that but I got it! Lol Im tired. So you wanna start the time skip?)
Aim notices a zombie coming straight toward her. She tuts and swings her sniper up. The butt of the weapon snapping the zombie's head back on it's neck. She then smashes the gun into it's forehead.
