"That's fine with me," Fox's voice rumbled. "You asked for it."

Madison rolled her eyes at Fox.¨ Hmm ¨ Madison hummed.

"Did you want me to stop?" Fox asked pulling up to look her in the eyes.

Madison smiled. ¨ I thought you wanted to go to sleep¨ Madison said.

"I didn't say that. I just said that I didn't want to get up," Fox clarified.

Masdison raised her eyebrows. ¨ Are you sure¨.

"Of course I'm sure," Fox said, rolling his eyes. "Now, did you want me to continue or not?"

Madison was about to respond when her phone ringed. Madison stretched her arm and reached for her phone.

Fox rolled off of her and onto the bed.

"Who is it?" he asked, gesturing to the phone.

¨ My brother¨ Madison said and grabbed her phone.

"Are you going to answer it, then?" Fox questioned, propping himself up with one arm.

Madison answered her phone. ¨hello?¨ she asked ¨ OH sorry I´ll be right there¨.

Fox groaned at her words and put his face in his pillow.

"Don't leave me," he pleaded, his words muffed by fabric and feathers.

Madison hung up her phone. She then put her phone down and went to get out of the bed.

"Noooooo," Fox groaned, his face still in the pillow. He reached a hand out to hold Madison so she couldn't leave. "Please?"

Madison smiled gently. ¨ I have to go¨ she said

"Finnnnne," Fox sighed as he sat up and looked at her. "I suppose I'll get up, too, then."

¨I´m gonna be gone for a few hours¨"Madison said sweetly.

"What? Why? Why so long?" Fox questioned, giving her a confused look. "Your brother's not that far away…"

¨ He has a few hours left to live¨ Madison said sadly. ¨So I have to go get his dog and kids¨.

"What? Since when? Mads, please tell me you're not planning on bringing them here. You know we can't take care of them right now; we're about to go on a mission," Fox reminded her gently.

¨Well I don´t really have a choice do I Family is more important to me than this stupid mission¨Madison says. ¨ I thought you knew that¨

Fox sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "I know, Madi, but what are we going to tell the director? What about your brother's wife?"

¨How do you think he ended up in the hospital? ¨ Madison said her eyes shifting back to Fox.

"I don't know, Madi, you never told me," Fox clipped, giving her a look.

Madison sighed. ¨ Just… Nevermind¨ she said.

"If you don't want to tell me, then fine. You may as well just go, then," Fox said tightly, running his hand through his hair again.

Madison sat on thier bed. ¨ Do you know how much my brother means to me¨.

"A lot. And I understand that, I really do, but, Mads, we can't take his kids or his dog. I'm sorry," Fox apologized, reaching out to place a hand on hers.

Madison pulled her hand away before he could touch it. Madison began walking away to her closet.
