“Well, you should go to bed. I'll carry you if I have to, but I really think you should rest. You shouldn't fall asleep in the kitchen just to wait for me," Fox said with a smile. He wrapped his arms around Madison's waist, embracing her gently.

"Maddie nodded and smiled llightly. Then she slowly stood up from the black kitchen chair.

Fox smirked as he swept her up in his arms bridal-style.

"To the bedroom we go," he declared softly.

Madison giggled and smlied up at her husband.
"I love you" she said sweetly.

"Love you, too," Fox replied with a smile as he looked down. They soon reached their room, where he gently set Madison down on the bed. Fox sat down beside her and sighed, running a hand through his hair.

Madison turned on her side to face Fox.

"are you alright" Madison asked.

"Yeah. Just thinking about our newest assignment," Fox replied, turning to his wife with a small smile.

Madison smiled at fox."Tell me why you fell in love with me".

Fox let out a breath as he leaned back in the bed, laying down next to Madison. He chuckled, remembering when they were dating.

"You were fierce, loyal, and brave – you still are, too. You've never been afraid to stand up for what you believe is right." He turned to smirk at her, their noses almost touching. "And there's the added bonus of you being heart-meltingly beautiful."

Madison smiled as her cheeks turned a hint of pink and threw her head under the covers to hide her blush.

"Hey, now! You're not allowed to get flustered! You're the one who asked me to tell you," Fox laughed, pulling the covers back down. He looked at Madison and kissed her nose.

Madisons cheeks were still red but still, she looked up at fox smiling her beautiful smile.

"Hello, lovely. Come here often?" Fox asked with a wink.

she couldn't help it Madison burst out laughing

"You're such a doof," Madison said as she continued laughing.

Fox smiled. "What? I was asking a genuine question, dear! You haven't answered me."

Madison rolled her eyes playfully " why yes I'm here very often".

"Hm. As am I." Fox wrapped his arms around her as he spoke. "Stay for a bit?"

" of course," Madison said and laid her head on Fox's shoulder.

"Good. Then I can do this!" Fox exclaimed as he attacked Madison's sides with tickles.

Madison burst out laughing she hated when people tickled her sides but Fox was the only exception.

Fox chuckled as he tickled her, grinning.

"You're so ticklish."

Madison slowed down her laughing "you do know I can kick you in the head".

"Not if I pin you down, you can't," Fox countered, rolling on top of her to do just that. He smirked down at her.

Madison smirked right back at Fox "Now you can't tickle me" Madison said.
