Levi tried sitting up, but gave in and laid back down; his arms will still weak from carrying Robin.
Robin leaned back against a tree, Luna laying her head on his lap and dozing. He stroked her head quietly, seemingly deep in thought about something.
Levi rolled over on his side, facing Robin and Zoey. "What'cha thinking about? You're staring off into space."
Robin was snapped out of his daze. "Hmm? Oh, nothing much, just… remembering when I found these guys." He looked down at Luna, who had fallen asleep. "They were hardly five pounds then, only about the size of my forearm."
"Awww…that's so tiny." Levi scrunched up his nose, mad about how squeaky his voice had gotten.
"They're probably still not full grown. You can tell that they're young, but they're old enough to hunt for themselves now. I used to just give them whatever meat I could find in our fridge, in addition to some greens. I'd say they're probably still omnivores to this day." Robin smiled and held out a couple of berries to Lupus to test his theory. The wolf happily ate the berries, which proved that Robin was right.

Calla Heath
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Likes: Raspberries, Dancing, Animals, Drawing
Hates: Bullies, Coleslaw, Ants
Calla has grey eyes, wavy auburn hair, is 5 foot 11, slender and lanky, with a pale skin tone. She can talk to animals a bit, and understand them. Calla is shy, yet confident. She was born with an abnormally small heart. She has to go to the hospital every month for a checkup on her heart, but that doesn't stop her from going into the woods and hanging out with her furry, winged or scaly friends
(Omg Robin will love her. He's basically a Disney princess)
"I want a pet wolf. Or like a dog or something." Levi patted Lupus's head.
Calla walked into the wood. she heard the sounds of talking and yapping, so the pups were not far off. She ran through the wood and came up to the friends chatting. "Hello!" she said.
"Well, I'm sure these guys will want to follow us back, and you can come over whenever you like. I don't think either of them would enjoy living in an apartment though." Robin looked up at the new arrival. "Oh! Hello! Er, I'm Gabriel, but you can call me Robin." He stood up, grimacing a bit, and held out his hand politely.
gtg
Levi sighed. "Yeah, that's why we don't have a dog. My apartment doesn't allow pets. My parents aren't really home that much during the day so we wouldn't be able to take care of a dog anyway."
"I wish I could keep these guys in my house, but they probably shed, and that would cause problems."
k im back
Calla said "Hello, Robin correct? I'm Calla, Your next door neighbor!"
He nodded. "Yeah, that too." Levi sighed, laying down on the ground again. He stared at the sky, feeling really relaxed right now. "Who's that?" He pointed to the new girl.
"Nice to meet you! This is Lupus and Luna, some wolf pups I… sort of raised I suppose… I know it sounds weird, b-but the animals understand me! I-I don't really know how to explain it…" His face flushed a bit and he looked away. He had definitely made a fool of himself.
"I'm Calla. Calla Heath. Lovely to meet you!" She said, holding out her hand to shake Levi's.
"Oh, animals can talk to me too!"
Levi stood up and shook her hand. "Cool. I'm Levi." Crap, another girl. Where were the guys around here?
"So, what are their names?"
Robin looked up, surprised. "R-really? So I'm not the only one?" Sure enough, the wolves seemed to have taken a liking to Calla and were sniffing her. "Er, they're Lupus and Luna, Latin for 'Wolf' and "Moon' respectively. I-I like to name my animals in Latin.."
"The pups, I mean, but I'd like to get to know you as well" Calla stuttered.
"Yeah. They're cool pups."
Levi chuckled, lying down again. Ha. Lovebirds. He thought. They're both Disney Princesses. They are meant for each other.
"Lupus and Luna. Good choice of name."
Robin nodded awkwardly. "I also have Papaver, Arbor, and Lilium named in Latin. I-I think it's an interesting language."
Calla felt a pain in her chest. "Oh no," she thought, "My heart isn't curculating blood well enough." She clutched a branch and breathed heavily.
