STOP, Cameron screamed at himself.
(Okay. I might go to bed soon tho)
Cameron shook his head. "Okay. Okay, so doyouwannakiss?"
STOP, Cameron screamed at himself.
(Okay.)
Did I just hear him correctly?
"What?" Lilah asked, tilting her head to the side in complete and utter confusion.
God heck.
"Nothing," Cameron muttered quickly. "Let's… let's go back inside."
"No, wait." Lilah set the picnic basket down and set her now-free hand on his opposite arm. "What did you say?"
Cameron shook his head, quickly turning red. "Let's just go inside. Inside looks inviting and nice."
Lilah frowned. "Okay," she said simply, taking her hand off his arm and gently slipping her other one from his hand. She picked the basket back up and started toward the doors again, wrapping her free arm around herself.
You m'man are one hell of a chicken.
Cameron twitched (thought, Screw you), grabbed Lilah around the waist messily and kissed her.
Lilah gasped and froze, unsure of what to do.
I guess you did hear him right…
She dropped the basket and closed her eyes, gently kissing him back.
(Oki I'm going to bed now. Have a good day tomorrow~!)
Cameron kept the kiss for a few moments, pulling away for air. He gently cleared his throat and let Lilah go.
"Sorry," He quickly murmured.
(Okay, night!)
Lilah blinked and bit her lip, smiling as she did so.
"It's okay," she assured him breathlessly.
Cameron tugged at his collar again and gave her a quick glance. He couldn't help a grin at her smile.
Ha, good job, kiddo!
(Low-key forgot which RP this was. Lol.)
"Maybe we should head inside now, though?" Lilah suggested, her cheeks still flushed a bit.
(xD)
Cameron nodded. "Yeah, we should." He cleared his throat after noticing his voice was still somewhat raspy, then turned on his heel.
Lilah picked the basket up again and started walking. She took Cameron's hand in her free one again, blushing profusely.
He just kissed you, and you're blushing about holding hands? Girl, what's wrong with you?
Hush, I have no idea what I'm doing.
Cameron squeezed her hand, feeling a burst of that funny warmth.
Is that… happiness?
Yes, idiot. Happiness, something you hardly ever experience, apparently.
Realizing he was still stagnant in his standing, he hastily started walking.
Lilah couldn't keep the smile off her face as she walked. Her hand felt warm in Cameron's, which was nice because of the slowly dropping temperature. The sun had started to hang low in the sky, and the moon could be seen peeking out from behind a tree.
After walking in comfortable silence for a bit, the pair reached the large double doors once again. Lilah sighed and turned to face Cameron.
"I guess this is the end of our day," she said, albeit reluctantly.
Cameron hummed sadly. "And so it is." He gave her hand a gentle squeeze and smiled warmly at her.
"But we can have more like this one, can't we?" He asked hopefully.
Lilah nodded and squeezed his hand back. "Yeah, I think so," she agreed softly. She gently slipped her hand from his and held the basket with both hands. "Good night, Prince Cameron."
Cameron bowed slightly, he tucked his arms behind his back as he bowed, a slight grin on his face. "Good night, Princess Lilah," Cameron murmured back.
Lilah smiled before walking inside and starting toward her room. Once she was sure she was alone, she grinned and let out a giggle.
Ohmygosh, ohmygosh, ohmygosh!
Cameron found himself walking up the flight of steps.
Fun day, huh, Cameron? Too bad you have to go tomorrow.
Be quiet. Let me enjoy my bliss.
(Time skip?)
(Hm… I was gonna have some Lilah/Liam talk… After that we will.)
(oki. Iiiii don't know what to do with Cameron soooooohhhhhuhhhhh. alright it's your turn matey)
(Yuppers.)
Lilah got back to her room and set the basket by the door, her grin still on her lips. A shadow moved in the corner, and she jumped at the sight.
"What's gotten into you?" Liam asked, stepping into the light. He smiled at her, seeing her grin.
"What're you doing in my room?" Lilah asked, giving him a look.
"I wanted to hang out with my twin sister, but she was clearly otherwise occupied. What were you doing, anyway?"
Lilah shrugged and took her shoes off before moving to sit on her bed. "I was having a picnic in the garden."
"Oh? With whom? Unless you were alone, which I highly doubt." her twin asked, raising an eyebrow.
"If you must know," Lilah started with a sigh, "I was with Prince Cameron."
"Oh, really? Did you two have fun?"
Lilah's lips twitched back up into a smile. "Yeah, we did."
Liam looked at her scrutinizingly. "What's with the blush and grin, huh?"
"Nothing," Lilah answered quickly. Maybe a bit too quickly…
"Uh-huh. Surrrrre," Liam chuckled. "C'mon, if you can't tell me, who can you tell?"
Lilah sighed and fell backwards onto her bed. "Okay, okay. He kissed me. Satisfied?"
Liam sat next to his sister and poked her in the side. "You got your first kiss! Congrats! Now, where is he so I can murder him?"
"Oh, stop it. He's a nice guy."
"Yeah, he'd better be."
Cameron meandered into his room, tugging at one of his sweater strings.
What do you plan on doing now, Prince?
Packing, probably. Cameron sighed and pulled his tux pants down from off the bed. Or sleep.
Not gonna stall over any regrets?
What do you mean by that?
Well your parents-
I don't give a damn what my parents think.
(Wait, when should we skip to? The next morning or Monday?)
(Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Monday?)
(Okay. I've got to do something, and I don't know if I'll be able to come back after it. I might not be on until 4ish Central time.)
(;o; okayy)
(I was wrong. I thought I had to leave in an hour, but I don't have to leave for two hours… Gimme a sec to post something.)
