"Really?" Cameron raised an eyebrow. "Must've been hella interesting to have grown up with." He chuckled.

(True, true. And I only had to stay an hour later than usual, rather than the four my mom suggested…)

"Totally," Lilah laughed. "I mean, we never got to do that whole 'which twin are you?' thing because… Well, for obvious reasons."

(Why parents suggest stuff like that I won't know. Where do you work?)

Cameron chuckled gently. "Right, right. I'm sure it's still really cool though. Terrifying and perhaps a little creepy, but cool."

"Yeah, it's nice. He's, like, my best friend and a bodyguard rolled into one," Lilah joked.

Cameron chuckled. "By bodyguard you mean, stick up for you. Not the, hiding in the bushes bodyguard."

(Lol. It's totally fine. I'm that way, too.)

Lilah laughed. "Yes, like the kind that would actually do something."

Cameron laughed too. "That's a brother, I suppose. Cheesecake?" He offered, feeling like he was eating too much.

"Sure, I'll have another piece," Lilah said, taking one and setting it on her plate. "Now, tell me something about you."

Cameron shrugged. "What's there to know? You already basically know everything about me."

(I just wanted you to know for when I do, but I might not be for a while.)

"No, I don't. What about… Favorite food?" Lilah asked.

(Okay… I'll be on all day tomorrow. ^~^)

"I don't really have one, but this cheesecake's really good. I really like tea, though." He grinned. "I know that comes off… weird… but…"

(I have to work again tomorrow…)

"No, no! I think it's cool! Personally, I prefer iced tea, but, like, different flavors of it," Lilah said.

(Arrrggggghhhh okay. See you when you get off work, then!)

Cameron nodded. "I like any kind of tea, really. I can talk about it for forever." He laughed.

(Maybe before, but that depends on some things.)

"Cool," Lilah laughed. "Okay… What about, your favorite color?"

Cameron tilted his head and glanced around. "I dunno. There's a lot of colors to like, isn't there?"

"There are," Lilah agreed, nodding slowly. "I like sapphire blue a lot…"

Cameron nodded. "I like sapphire blue too. Actually, royal blue's kinda cool." He grinned at her.

Lilah snorted. "That's why royals are called 'blue bloods'," she joked.

Cameron laughed a little harder. "True that I suppose." He leaned back on his hands with a gentle sigh.

This is great.

"What's your favorite thing to do, Prince Cameron?" Lilah asked, pulling her knees up to her chest and crossing her arms over them. She rested her chin on her arms as she looked at Cameron.

Cameron glanced at her with an eyebrow raised, as always. "I'm just a basic boy who enjoys water-based activities. Didn't I tell you that?"

"Did you? Oh. Well, now I know," Lilah laughed awkwardly. "I like star gazing…"

Cameron chuckled. "Yep, I did. And… stargazing is nice. I remember when I went to a planetarium when I was younger. Have you been to a planetarium? There's hardly any left nowadays."
If not, maybe I could take her to one? No, why would I do that?
Because… you like her?
It would be one good date.
Cameron shook his head. Stop. Stop thinking like that!

"I haven't, actually. I do t really get out much, to be honest. Mostly, I just go visit family," Lilah admitted with a shrug.

Cameron grinned, deciding to act on his thoughts. "If you'd like, I could take you to one eventually."

Lilah smiled. "That would be cool. I'd love to go."

Cameron smiled back, a funny warm feeling blooming in his chest. "Great! There's an old-fashioned one right in the city we rule, so I'd be able to take you over if you visit."

(I'm eating chocolate. Lol.)

"That sounds great! When do you think would be the best time?" Lilah asked.
