“Seafood pizza?” Vin asked, sounding somewhat appalled.
“Seafood pizza?” Vin asked, sounding somewhat appalled.
"Yeah, like lobster and crab and such. It's actually really good," Vien assured him
Vin gave Vien a look. “Nah, normal pizza is good.”
"Okay, okay," Vien said with a small laugh. "I can make normal pizza."
Vin shook his head. “Seafood pizza… Jeez…”
"I used to live on the ocean, and the only food I had was seafood. You're lucky you got to eat things other than crab," Vien teased
“How did you make the pizza part, then?” Vin shot back.
"We went to the market on the island a few miles out," Vien explained
Vin huffed. “Makes sense.”
"What kind of pizza do you want?" Vien asked. "I can make just about anything, really."
“Just a cheese pizza,” Vin answered simply.
"Cheese?" Vien asked in mock offense. "Fine, I'll make half cheese and half barbeque chicken."
“No. Just cheese.”
"You can have your half and I can have my half. Unless you want your own mini pizza," Vien countered
Vin rubbed the bridge of his nose. “No, just a normal cheese pizza.”
"But I want barbeque," Vien complained
“Make it on another pizza, then.”
"That's what I offered," Vien said. "Two mini, person-sized pizzas. Unless you were planning on eating an entire, full-sized cheese pizza by yourself."
“That was what I was indeed planning, Vien.” Vin crossed his arms.
Vien gave an exasperated sigh. "Of course you're going to eat a whole pizza."
“Of course I am. What were you expecting?”
"You know what? I'll just go make the pizzas," Vien sighed before walking back into the cabin
Vin chuckled and sat down in a chair with a sigh. He looked off into the horizon which was a bright blue.
It’s gorgeous out here…
Vien walked into the spacious kitchen, beginning to go about getting the things they would need for pizza. Meanwhile Baal was lying in the sand, apparently napping as he sunbathed
Ruby laid down slowly, shuffling comfortably in the sand. She raised her nose and sniffed gently as the breeze flowed over the cliff.
Baal shifted a little, rolling so he was curled next to Ruby. He was purring softly in his sleep
Ruby looked at him and growled softly.
Baal didn't move, too deeply asleep to do so
Ruby was too comfortable in the warm sand, so she tried growling again. When that didn’t work, she just gave a doggy sigh and looked back up to sniff the breeze.
Baal slept comfortably beside her, seemingly happy. He seemed to radiate a sort of calming aura
